Knowledge61: 18 months tapering Seroxat liquid but no stock available in UK

UK supply not available at present - for 3 months now but I had surplus liquid available to me due to my tapering regime.

 

Can I now go ahead and use the cross over method as described by ChessieCat?

 

2001 - 2020

30mg Seroxat

2020 - November

Began tapering using Seroxat Oral Suspension using the Brass Monkey method.

2022 -June

11mg/5.5ml

I do not understand why you are asking if you can "go ahead" and do this.  I cannot answer this question because I do not know your history and I don't know when you made your last reduction and I don't know if you are currently stable.  I also do not know if you are taking any other drugs/supplements or what other changes you have made in the last few years. 

 

It is suggested to not make any changes if you are not at WDnormal (withdrawal normal) - see below. 

 

If you need to change your drug in any way, then doing a cross over is gentler on your system.  Do not make a reduction at the same time.
