Hi sweetie. 

I can totally relate to the fact u don't have windows. I too am in a constant wave. I got to Month 15 off and everything seemed to get worse again. Things that had disappeared have come back.

How far out are you? 22 months? 

I hear people start turning the corner at 2 years. I hope that this is true and we can both get relief soon

Hello love! Thanks for ur kind words! Sorry for ur suffering! Some symptoms got little better some got worst! I saw this with 2 year corner and i try keep faith on it, even seems impossible with the severity of the symptoms! I hope we can get better 💕❤️

I am too sick still in general and worst in many symptoms. If u consider that some period I couldn't walk, swallow, no saliva, excess anger, burning chest, vibrations, xtreme vertigo and some others psychical symptoms maybe little bit, not in the spectrum of cognition and emotions etc. U

I really don't know to be honest. I thought I was doing better mentally if not physically but that's all turned to crap now. 

I'm sorry you are so sick. I hope the fact that some of your symptoms have gone means you are on the mend.

At first time I got neuroemotions like excess  anger crying spells joy and then got hit with severe anhedonia which I have still constantly. U?

I Have that . It’s a mind-body FND disorder. Same PPPD therapy offered by the steady coach on YouTube. It is a functional disorder because of withdrawal trauma (chemical withdrawal doom/terror) and then no one believing your symptoms are real. Everyone just thinking “it’s in your head” and not taking your distress seriously.

I would move my head or eyes but the vision would lag a few seconds behind

I developed this too, I have  snow vision 24/24  now because I think I kindled with lyrica 2 weeks ago is horrible.

I have this too. Sometimes it goes away in a few months if you manage stress and don’t give too much attention to it. It’s hard to manage stress when you’re in withdrawals.

Margaret you are very resilient to have persevered for 2 years. How have your symptoms changed over time? I'd just like to add that you're very young and when you heal you will still be very young. That's something to look forward to. Everything after this experience will seem like a cinch to you.

hello! i am not well unfortunately..i am still very sick..

lately the swallow issues came back and took a smoothie doctor prescribed for feeding myself and had insine vitamin b6...and i think i got toxicity....

 

my symptoms got worst and added some new.. i saw in fb 'b6 toxicity group' even b6 alone can cause delibating symtpoms to people even dysautonomia..brain gof etc...

It is now 10 mo i jumped off of tiny dose of lexapro. I am suffering due to dysautonomia which has made me unable to stand or sit. I am desparate and this is so inhuman. How long it takes to start getting better?

I couldnt sit in a chair and walk for many months... The gravity was lifting me down, pots, orthostatic hypotension, presyncope, blood pooling. Still i don't think i van stamd for long time and after a crash i had from salt/water/b complex? It came back but not so severe like before. I think after 1.5 year from discontinuation u ll able to sit and stand better.

After a insane headache i had (idk if it was from a low dose of multivitamin i took in desperate when had the dysphagia wave that included panax gingeng and b6 and didn't see it) lost the mild things i regain back like nipples sensations more sensitive skin orgasm 10% temperature i become cold again and my handa are cold apetit can't eat anymore i was craving some food, way worts blank mind and little less derealization). My cognition was demolished completely zero memroy zero time perception so i coukdnt appreciate this little things i got back bcs physically frok fatigue and pots weakness and xtreme brain fog and vision issues i was housebound. 

Pls someone woth knowledge... I wake up way differently anymore like my brain doesnt change at all now and physicall issues on my scalp.. Is it possible i killed completely the protracted withdraws and stay like this!!!???  Am 1 week the same

I may wouldnt be ever like someone normal but am sure i had protracted in some symptoms..

@margaretLO Some people do have a reaction to some of the b vitamins during withdrawal. I am including a link that you can read. It is an older conversation but the information should be helpful to you.  I am sorry you are suffering but with time you should recover.

I have so much hate for myself that i took this **** accidentally. I am in bed xtreme depressed all my small improvements gone my skin is numb again and i cant think anything else that i may ruined the protracted syndrome IF i had it..hate myself for causing this to me. I may not even see what would happen in the third year.. I got something like stroke from this ****. Never been so depressed . I hated the doc now i hate me. I never felt this way since now. The severe depression is getting worst. This ginseng really blowed  my mind  and caused me xtreme anhedonia i never had so far so xtreme like can't even eat.is impossible this can be fixex

Never felt music like noise so far either and all are worst

Hello, no i don't have any pain. When i said numbness there i dont have the total numbness in my skin like i saw it can happen to some people but i have reduce sensitivity in pain and touch and lost the sexual sensations completely.

Since crash from ginseng i lost the dreamy effect i had.but i am morr stupid and confused

I know that what i did with google sounds like ocd but i really felt my brain swollen and got an insane headache that make me unconsious for 5 days. 

 

So i destroyed the healing waves of derealization??

After crash i suspect panax ginseng:

Symptoms i had heal or get better and didn't even remember because the memory didn't heal yet(or never) and woke up with all of them:
Very Dry eyes
Mucus on throat
Hands weakness to the level of stroke
Dizziness unbalanced
Visual vertigo when moving my eyes
Skin sensation, sexual aroused from nipple sensation/puffy shape of nipples
Some empathy 
 laughing but without emotions level felt anything 

Temperature problem / fever low temperature 
Low orgasm
Some percent of listening music which was enough dance
Severe symptoms when standing /dysautonomia 
Pain in Joints 
Symptoms got little better not healed and got even worst now:
Hppd/ motion blintness
Memory issues
Brain fog
Confusion
Speech issues
Feeling of fried brain

Pls someone tell me if a wave can include everything got better so far like evrything lost all.... from vision issues to everything.. Never had this so far lost everything and got even more issues. Can new symptoms pop out 2 years off? I had fluctuating symptoms never felt normal very sick but never went back to zero all together. 

This is a severe crash right can't be a wave
