Hi guys I tapered Cipralex 10mg to 0.00625mg over 2 years, Everything goes nice until I smoke weed which I thought is a medicine to heal, From that day onwards I got Akathisia then healed after 10 months and I got depression, Awful Mornings, Insomnia, Racing Thoughts, Fear of abandoned, Visual Snow, feels like always high.

I got Patterns like Awful Mornings and Depressive Evenings.

Note. I takes Propranolol 5mg for Akathisia and I still continue the med, If I Stop the med my feel like always high become worse and Heart palpitate, But Most of Symptoms heals day by day Thank God for Healing me.

But I can't tolerate somes supplement like fish oil which could tolerate in Cipralex taper.

I can't even tolerate Pepper in food.

I introduce myself what are the things I do and I don't in me.

Nope, I fully off the cipralex in 2021.

I'm only takes Propranolol 5mg sometimes and 2.5mg sometimes.

When went through Akathisia about 10 months and becomes restless,

I still have awful anxious, restless and angry morning.

Is altering dose of Propranolol cause WD severe ?

Severely depressed in evening and anxious in morning in the last two weeks 

I feel my heartbeat

Many things can have unpredictable effects on a nervous system destabilized by withdrawal from psych drugs.  If it causes you to be restless, I would avoid it. 

 

Increased sensitivity to light, noise, sound, exercise etc

I have little static vision blacky snow

Morning sun light is ok for me

But led and other lights in the evening is very bright for me.

Can I treat with any Supplements.

Most vision issues should improve with time, there isn't really a magic supplement to aid them.
