I was on ssris from 10 to 32, (started tapering at 30. I was on benzos for 7 years from 23-30. At 23 I was also put on an enzyme inhibitor (omeprazole) by my PCP that increased both the benzo and the ssri in my body, and doctors were not aware of the interaction. My withdrawal saga actually started with me switching from omeprzole to pepcid. Anyway after tapering from benzos and ssris, I developed some central sleep apnea, and my sleep was so bad I couldn't function. For some reason trazodone increases aurosal thresholds and helps sleep apnea I take 25 mg at night. Is this a really bad idea. I'm still in the thick of PAWS, and while functional, definitely low functioning.

2001–2014 Zoloft, then Effexor and then Prozac in doses I dont remember ( I was 10 years old in 2001)
2015  Lexapro 10 mg, klonopin .5 mg, 40 mg of Omeprazole (enzyme inhibitor of related to both drugs) 
2021 Omeprazole: May 2021 stopped taking Omeprazole; August 2021 started taking 20 mg of Omeprazole again;  September 2021 reduced to 10mg Omeprazole; October 2021 stopped taking Omeprazole

2021 Klonopin: was at .5mg Klonopin,  November (cut dose in half, and then decided to start tapering down) .25mg Klonopin;    December 2021 to january 2023 tapered from .25 mg Klonopin - 0 mg Klonopin

2021 Lexapro : was at 10 mg Lexapro, November (cut dose in half, and then held) 5mg Lexapro;                                                     January 2023 to january 2024  tapered from     5mg Lexapro - 0 mg lexapro          

2021 Buspar: December 2021 started 10 mg Buspar ; january 2022 increased to 15 mg Buspar;                                                                March 2022 to January  2023  tapered down from 15 mg Buspar - 0 mg Buspar

2023 Trazadone: June started 25mg trazadone

2024 25 mg trazadone

alright I made a signature to the best of my memory.
