Please summarize your drug history in your signature by following the instructions at How to Summarize Your Drug History in Your Signature. You may need to be on a computer to complete this. Our guidance for tapering from Abilify can be found at Tips for tapering off Abilify (aripiprazole). Tapering off of the injectable version includes a cross-taper to the liquid, or tablet, form of the drug and continuing to taper from there. We recommend tapering no more than 10% of the previous dose per month. Yes I am required to take my medication.
