RusTW
my guess is a cold turkey might have did more disruption than the reinstatement. I think you're in the same boat is most of us that cold turkey or that slow tapered you're going to have to go through the withdrawals and we got to be patient with that. It's natural to look back and think about what we did wrong or what happened but it doesn't help us out. Are you still working out. RusTW
I was on I was on Zyprexa 10mg for many months and then my doctor switch me over to Seroquel 200 or 300 mg per night without tapering me off of the Zyprexa . I doused my brain for three weeks with 2 or 300 mg of Seroquel which is way too high and should have been prescribed 25 mg or 50 mg for insomnia and I cold turkey for three weeks until withdrawals hit and then I reinstated 100 mg. Sometimes I wonder if the reinstatement really helped. Right now I'm still on 50 mg of Seroquel and 50 mg of Zoloft and I still have pretty rough days it's only been about 2 months hang in there buddy. Moderator Emeritus manymoretodays Posted August 1, 2018 Moderator Emeritus Share Posted August 1, 2018 Hey......no bother. Our stories all differ a little bit. RusTW
Its good the reinstatement was so short.I was chatting with Elyssa143 yesterday she may have had issues with reinstatement also you might want to read her post yesterday of us talking together it's in her introductions. It's good you're getting those windows where you feel like yourself. I had bigger Windows 8 days being the longest in mine shortened up also they're just more frequent.
