I've haven't taken any medications for a week now my sleep is slowly now getting better I finally took all of your advice and it truly helped I think I was overreacting last week I hope I didn't slow my healing from taking trazodone I still haven't reinstate mirtazapine I'm now left with this emotional numbness I do have a question is it safe to take fish oil the liquid form type I'm now looking for a job to keep me occupied not to run from my anxiety because to much time alone leaves me to ruminate

Hope everyone doing well

No way of knowing that but you are young.

If you are sensible from now on you will get back to normal even if it takes a while.

Yes, but start at a low dose and stay on it until you see if it it makes you feel better or worse.

Good luck with the job hunt.

I've been taking a fish oil off and on I didn't really feel a change from it so  I took 2 of it and I feel somewhat better just going to take it easy for a while I'm going to keep taking it for a week and see if I see a change

Good idea. To get the amount of EPA + DHA we recommend, you often have to take 2 capsules at every meal or 6 per day, spread out over the day.
