Bluemoon3
Hi Could you advice me to decrease Seresta ? I feel more and more tired because of pregnancy. So I have the impression I don’t need it anymore but I don’t want to go too fast either. What is the best way to decrease it asap ? Is cutting my pill in 4 a bad idea ? I did not buy the stuff to make 10%. I ve been decreasing quick and I have no withdrawal symptoms at the moment. Is it a good idea to decrease each week (-2,5mg/week) ? I don’t feel tired at night before taking Seresta but I feel sleepy during the day. However I always had this pb when not working. - July 2020 : Olanzapine and Largactil, - Aug : stopped Olanzapine, - Aug: stopped Largactil/again - 2 Dec : Stopped Largactil - 13 Nov : Started Seresta: 15mg, - Beg of Dec : 40mg, - Dec 19 : 35mg - Dec 26:32,5mg, - Jan 13,2021 :30mg, - Feb 6:27,5mg, - Feb 19 : 25mg, - Feb 26 : 22,5mg, - Feb 28 : 20mg, - March 3 : 17,5mg, - March 12: 15mg, - March 15: 12,5mg, March 17: stop Seresta Link to comment
Bluemoon3
Hi I stopped yesterday. Doctor said I could because 10mg was a small dose. I had no problem to sleep and my head is feeling a lot less sensitive. - July 2020 : Olanzapine and Largactil, - Aug : stopped Olanzapine, - Aug: stopped Largactil/again - 2 Dec : Stopped Largactil - 13 Nov : Started Seresta: 15mg, - Beg of Dec : 40mg, - Dec 19 : 35mg - Dec 26:32,5mg, - Jan 13,2021 :30mg, - Feb 6:27,5mg, - Feb 19 : 25mg, - Feb 26 : 22,5mg, - Feb 28 : 20mg, - March 3 : 17,5mg, - March 12: 15mg, - March 15: 12,5mg, March 17: stop Seresta Link to comment
Bluemoon3
Hi I am still feeling good, no sleep problems. My head has been a bit sensitive (weird feelings in the upper head). Today was a lot better. It’s just slightly sensitive. I have no other symptoms. I just wonder when I will feel completely normal. - July 2020 : Olanzapine and Largactil, - Aug : stopped Olanzapine, - Aug: stopped Largactil/again - 2 Dec : Stopped Largactil - 13 Nov : Started Seresta: 15mg, - Beg of Dec : 40mg, - Dec 19 : 35mg - Dec 26:32,5mg, - Jan 13,2021 :30mg, - Feb 6:27,5mg, - Feb 19 : 25mg, - Feb 26 : 22,5mg, - Feb 28 : 20mg, - March 3 : 17,5mg, - March 12: 15mg, - March 15: 12,5mg, March 17: stop Seresta Link to comment

It is understandable to be thinking and wishing for being normal again. However it is less stressful if you compare how you are feeling now to how you were feeling at your worst. It can help you to feel better mentally because you are looking at the positive not the negative. * NO LONGER ACTIVE on SA * MISSION ACCOMPLISHED: (6 year taper) 0mg Pristiq on 13th November 2021 ADs since ~1992: 25+ years - 1 unknown, Prozac (muscle weakness), Zoloft; citalopram (pooped out) CTed (very sick for 2.5 wks a few months after); Pristiq: 50mg 2012, 100mg beg 2013 (Serotonin Toxicity) Tapering from Oct 2015 - 13 Nov 2021 LAST DOSE 0.0025mg Post 0 updates start here My tapering program My Intro (goes to tapering graph) VIDEO: Antidepressant Withdrawal Syndrome and its Management Link to comment
Bluemoon3
Hi ! i am very happy to be able to sleep and to have a normal day without medicine. I wonder if the withdrawal symptoms are those of neuroleptics or benzo or both. I have feelings of pressure and sensitive nerves in my head (some day behind, some day on top). It’s the only problem I have but it’s really annoying me. I wonder if my head is damaged by medicine. Do you know people who experienced the same feelings ? How long can it last ? I am drinking coffee again but it really helps in the morning (dopamine, energy to start my day). - July 2020 : Olanzapine and Largactil, - Aug : stopped Olanzapine, - Aug: stopped Largactil/again - 2 Dec : Stopped Largactil - 13 Nov : Started Seresta: 15mg, - Beg of Dec : 40mg, - Dec 19 : 35mg - Dec 26:32,5mg, - Jan 13,2021 :30mg, - Feb 6:27,5mg, - Feb 19 : 25mg, - Feb 26 : 22,5mg, - Feb 28 : 20mg, - March 3 : 17,5mg, - March 12: 15mg, - March 15: 12,5mg, March 17: stop Seresta Link to comment
