Could you advice me to decrease Seresta ? I feel more and more tired because of pregnancy. So I have the impression I don’t need it anymore but I don’t want to go too fast either. What is the best way to decrease it asap ? Is cutting my pill in 4 a bad idea ? I did not buy the stuff to make 10%. I ve been decreasing quick and I have no withdrawal symptoms at the moment. Is it a good idea to decrease each week (-2,5mg/week) ? I don’t feel tired at night before taking Seresta but I feel sleepy during the day. However I always had this pb when not working.

Hi

I stopped yesterday. Doctor said I could because 10mg was a small dose. I had no problem to sleep and my head is feeling a lot less sensitive.

Hi

I am still feeling good, no sleep problems. My head has been a bit sensitive (weird feelings in the upper head). Today was a lot better. It’s just slightly sensitive. I have no other symptoms. I just wonder when I will feel completely normal.

It is understandable to be thinking and wishing for being normal again.

 

However it is less stressful if you compare how you are feeling now to how you were feeling at your worst.  It can help you to feel better mentally because you are looking at the positive not the negative.

Hi !

i am very happy to be able to sleep and to have a normal day without medicine.
 

I wonder if the withdrawal symptoms are those of neuroleptics or benzo or both. I have feelings of pressure and sensitive nerves in my head (some day behind, some day on top). It’s the only problem I have but it’s really annoying me. I wonder if my head is damaged by medicine. Do you know people who experienced the same feelings ? How long can it last ?
 

I am drinking coffee again but it really helps in the morning (dopamine, energy to start my day).

Hi. No answer... 
Do you know where does the feeling I have come from ? I feel pressure in the top of my head, with a feeling of emptiness. It’s really annoying. Is it benzo or neuro Withdrawal symptom ?it started a few days after I stopped benzo. But I had other bad feelings when I was on benzo and when I stopped neuro. Doe a dr could help ?
