  1. .025 Xanax 3 x daily  Start date 10-13-2013 through 8-13-2014.  Started tapering 6-2014 to 8-2014.  Some small discomfort. 25 mg Zoloft - Start date 5-1-2014.  50mg. 6-2014.  through 7-14-2014 .  Started tapering  7-14-2014, stopped tapering 10-2014.  I did 1/4 of the dose a month.  small discomfort.  These next 3 were prescribed when I made some seriously bad choices with my thyroid medication.  Was in ER twice for possible heart attack.  INTENSE anxiety, panic, fear.   Lost 30 pounds in 2 weeks.  Thyroid levels bounced to extremes for 8 months. Dr. prescribed Zoloft 50mg  9-2105.  After 2 doses had a bad reaction passed out in my bedroom. Also prescribed Xanax .025  at the same time. 3 times daily, 4 if needed.  Was only on it about 2 weeks.  Was not working.  Trip ER they gave me an Ativan IV and it worked and lasted.  switched to Ativan. 9-24-2016. 1.5 mg Ativan - .5 mg  three x daily -start date 9/24/16.  Attempted taper start 12-16-2016. Found SA and began 10/14/2017 tapering .001 by weight of pill  every 4 days Held longer if there were was WD.    Was very sensitive to Ativan. 3-15-2018 Off midday dose - 7-16-2018 Off PM dose - OFF ATIVAN! 11-17-2018 10 mg. Lexapro. PM - 5 mg start date 10/11/2016 increased to 10 mg 2/2/17. 1-1-2019 Began tapering Lexapro.  .001 gm every 4 days.  Held longer if there was WD.  Last doses some I held a month.  OFF LEXAPRO! 2-21 2021 5 mg. Buspar  divided into two, 2.5 mg doses AM and PM- Start date 9/26/2016 Cold turkey on Dr. direction, AM and Pm  doses.  Reinstated  9-22-16. Began Buspar taper 1-29-23, .001 mg by weight of pills.  N.P. Desiccated Thyroid.  1-2023 Labs okay but not where I feel best. 60 mg. daily now but adding 15 mg. more  twice weekly for a few months then check.  Bioidentical hormones. No don’t thank me,but thank you 🙏🏻

I would of liked to of come back sooner, but the door to coming back was to painful to open. I feel a slight stirring of sadness,at what I endured, but that’s normal. Also some anger,at all the suffering. But out of all this suffering a beautiful master piece gets created.
I only look back now and again to see how far I have travelled.

It makes my heart happy that it’s given others hope,it’s why I wanted to come back,to do just that.

 I won’t stop until I am done.

Do you know what, you’re going to make it too. Never give up,even when hope leaves your side. Everybody hold on because no matter what, this chapter does end 🙏🏻💛

Yes 🙌 that’s made my year that little sun ☀️!! Thank you so much.
That was only something I could ever dream of (but dreams do come true)

Of course I will write one when the time comes,it would be a privilege to give back.

Also the format as all changed on here,I went to write on others intros to see how they were etc,but I can’t find how to get on their pages?!haha.

I clicked on their name, but it’s only showing me what posts they have commented on.

I will definitely be back to help with words of encouragement for others and to note the rest of the journey.
💜

Another up date…

I went into a wave this week ,it was pretty intense. Lots of crying (mega healing going on)

I had burning throughout my entire system.

I didn’t know my head from bum at one point,I did self care and used my tools to start climbing back out of the pit.

I was tapering every fourth day,but I have had to put the brakes on and took it to every seventh day instead.

My brain & body couldn’t keep up with every fourth day, even at 0.001g.

I am getting hit with symptoms around 2.30 pm,but no resistance just accepting of where I am at. Sleep getting 7 hours with dreaming every night. It’s started to brake up,so that’s a cue things are becoming unstable.

I think i have been over doing it so I am revaluing, what I need to drop.

This end bit, seems to have a bite on it.

Does anybody have any ideas for the end game of the taper?
I am new to tapering off,it’s always been CT.

Greatly appreciated for any advice~pink ♥️

Hi everyone.

I reached 1mg of the diazepam yesterday 🙏🏻🥳

I had a mixed emotions day,I cannot believe I have got this far,I know now to go very gentle with myself, more than normal,I find it’s biting the lower I go. I aren’t functioning as I was,but I am grateful for the things I can do.

I keep going into waves, then coming out of them days later.

But all is going well this way, still in the good fight and climbing higher.

What an unbelievable journey it is. Some times the words don’t articulate the horror and the beauty of it.

I feel close, but it’s still quite far to go yet. But I can smell the freedom of the end of a gaba era coming up~slow and steady wins the race ~pink 🌱🦋🌸

Hi @pinkfairy

Well done for reaching 1mg! Sounds like you have the end in sight...it must feel so good to get this close even if its still hard too. I think you are right about words not being enough to articulate the horror and the beauty...that was beautifully put! What a journey. Keep pushing forwards and listening to your body. You will get there in time. All the best, lilabella.

11 July 2018 3.75mg zopiclone 14 days missed one dose at least doubled one dose

22 July 2018 2 mg Valium one week ish

30/july/18 quetiapine 25

31/july/2018 quetiapine 100

1/August/2018 quetiapine 200

14/August/2018 quetiapine 100

I was just wondering if any females out here suffer with water infections?,I have had the coil refitted 6month ago and I can honestly say,I have had nothing but problems since.

I keep ending up with uti’s and cold sores.
I would consider having it removed, but I have heard so many stories of the progesterone crash.

I treat it natural, but last month antibiotics had to be taken.

Other than that the sun is shining here and my taper is going ok,my body as struggled these last 3 weeks, but I have listened to it and rested up,I am  grateful for the things that I can do. If I am laid up I study 📖 and hydrate well.

Theres so much acceptance around how limited I get some days,it seems the lower I go,my functioning is becoming slowed down.
But I always remember the year and half window I was in. It was magical beyond belief.

Sending love to all~pink 💚🌿

@pinkfairy I am sorry to hear you are having these struggles. I was just searching UTI's on the site. I had a sudden flair up but a home test showed me that I didn't have a UTI.  I got really dehydrated and went thru several days of severe stress then the symptoms popped up. WD is so strange you never know when it is throwing something new in or it is an actual issue.  I usually take the supplement D-Mannose and in as little as a day I am better.  This time it didn't work that way. I guess because it wasn't a UTI. What do you use?

How did you do on the antibiotic?  Which one did they give you.

Congratulations on your 13 months of sobriety!   That is amazing!
