anoop: nextio 10 (Escitalopram) -withdrawal symptom or relapse?

I have been taking nexito 10 (escitalopram) since 1 year for depression and anxiety.after one tapered 1/4 dose per week.felt minor dizziness during tapering and it last 2 weeks and disappeared after completely stoping medicine. now after 1 month without medication i started feeling more tiredness and mind is little misty. i want to know is this  sypmptoms are withdrawal symptom or relapse?

When was your last dose of Nextio (escitalopram)?
