Hi @Shep, I noticed from my notes that my last calcium pill was taken March 27. Only been about a week so could I cut the pill into 75 mg, slowly working my way up.They’re hard pills to cut And I think I would have trouble making it into a 50 mg pill.

slept approximately four hours, woke up with anxiety, nausea, tremors in arms jaw and right foot (this is usually where I get my tremors)

6 AM pre-Gabalin 15.4 mg

9 AM diarrhoea

2 PM pre-Gabalin 15.4 mg

4 PM sertraline 33.6 mg from 34 mg, Into my fifth week of holding so I thought I would reduce by a bit.

Metamucil 1 teaspoon

10 PM bedtime trouble getting to sleep because of tremors

I’m trying to clean up my signature and type it out rather than copy it from my notes, because I’m still having trouble editing my signature. 2018 notes aren’t very good so I’ll put down what  I have up until the present time. After typing this out I realized there was a lot of medications I should’ve said no to. I didn’t realize my doctor put me on that many. I’m actually kind of embarrassed. Ill know in future to be more cautious and I don’t think I’ll be taking anymore anti-depressants. I’m so thankful I found this website. Everyone’s been so helpful. I’m surprised I survived all these prescriptions given to me and there were more than this just not for antidepressants. They were for stomach and sleep etc. looking forward to healing!

slept approximately 4 to 4 1/2 hours, woke up a couple times through the night, woke up with tremors muscle tension, anxiety,

6 AM pre-Gabalin 15.4 mg

tired, weak, uncoordinated

10:20 AM calcium citrate 37.5 mg(Was able to cut it down to this size)

2 PM Pre-Gabalin15.4 mg

4 PM sertraline 33.6 mg

9 PM melatonin 1.25 mg

9:45 PM pre-Gabalin 15.4 mg

10 PM bedtime

 

Every night I have to put drops in my eyes because they’re dry along with my mouth and nose. I’ve  been having trouble moving this week my legs and arms move in slow motion, dizzy, depressed and off-balance. Most days I have a sore throat as well I take Halls for that.

@PensThanks for trying to get the signature to work. There's likely some odd glitch going on, but as long as you post it in your thread and alert me, I have no problem placing it in your signature for you. I added a bit of bolding and color to highlight your changes for this year.

approximately five hours sleep, woke with tremors red forearms numb feet, arms cleared up around 6 AM

dizzy, tired

It can also be a side effect of your drugs. What date in April did you make your last reduction?

April 5, I only reduced by .2 mg. I also read where melatonin can cause tremors I have dropped down to 1 mg of the melatonin.

How did you sleep last night on the reduced melatonin? Did reducing it help the tremors?

You may want to hold for awhile and see if you can stabilize more before your next reduction. Even micro-tapers benefit by taking some longer hold times.

That's a sign you were on too high a dose. It may take awhile for the effects of being on too high a dose to work its way out, but hopefully you'll get more benefits from the reduced dose. It's good you connected the dots on the melatonin and your symptoms.

Hi  @Shep i’m concerned that I may be having reactions to the sertraline, I haven’t been decreasing by much and I’m at the 2 1/2 week mark for tapering. I wondered if I could shorten that time of four weeks and taper a bit more now or would that cause problems.? My trembling or shaking is really bad and I’m pretty weak I become exhausted very quickly. What do you think.? My blood pressure is OK. What I find is odd is that my right leg and upper body mostly arms and hands tremble but not my left leg. Sometimes my right foot cramps up really bad. I try and get out and go for walks to loosen up.

It could be the Pregabalin causing the tremors, @Pensor a combination of that with the sertraline. Or just an overall destabilized nervous system.

 

But as long as you're not tapering faster than 10% a month and your symptoms are tolerable, than you should be okay. 

 

Quick question - how do you feel 30 minutes after you take sertraline?

I haven’t really noticed,If the sertraline is more stimulating, i’ll pay more attention and let you know

I have tremors all day from the moment I wake up theyI do let up a bit in the evening before I go to sleep which is odd. They are the most debilitating.

 Again thank you for your help, right now I am struggling with the depression.  I try to get outside for some fresh air and walks.

Not too bad. I mentioned to the dentist that I might be sensitive to Adrenaline and epinephrine. I don’t know what adjustments he made if any but it didn’t seem too bad afterwards. Very glad you got the tooth fixed. Yes, it does sound like you may have had a bit of uptick of symptoms due to the injection, but getting the tooth fixed is the priority, so very well done. Now that the tooth is fixed, you may have more improvements as you recover from the procedure.
