If it were me, I would give it at least 7-10 days total before making a change.

Have any of your symptoms improved at all?

Feeling better now it seems that the medicine is starting to work, 7 days I have taken 25 mg zoloft.
But have had to take lergican to be able to sleep, have eaten 8 pcs 25 mg in 5 days, will try to fall asleep tonight without lergican.
Anyone who can give tips on discontinuation of lergican, or maybe not needed given the short time I used it?

Feeling perfectly fine now but have anxiety in the morning, wake up at 5 in the morning and you feel a sense of worry and anxiety. Taking 25mg zoloft in the evening at 8pm.

Was thinking of using 25mg zoloft for a few more days or what do you think

This is great! I would stay on this dose until you feel further stabilized. You don't want to taper until you feel stable enough to do so.

Have you always taken it at night?

How do you sleep?

Before when I was taking zoloft all the time it could be in the evening sometimes and morning.
A little different, was worried yesterday, but slept well last night. Have had to take legrican for good sleep.
Guess there's no need to taper off the legrican if I'm using it for such a short time?

It can take weeks, months, or even years to stabilise after reinstatement. Constantly chopping and changing dose in response to symptoms will not help you in your attempts to find stability. You need to pick a dose (or no dose) and stick with it for 6 months.

Cutting tablets in half is generally not considered accurate, but if it is the best you can manage then it will do.

Gets a little worried when you say it can take years to get better,
feels like the medicine is going in the right direction for me.
Feels more like weeks to me than years to get stable, or what do you on the forum with experience think

Have some anxiety in the morning and during the day, but am better than it was a week ago,
the goal is for me to return to the medicine in 6-12 months and be fully recovered.
After that I will post a plan for tapering off.
Hope to be able to recover within 2-4 weeks so you can avoid the anxiety and all ocd thoughts

A couple weeks with re-instatement should be ok.

Sounds good to me. You probably will not need to the full 100mg, a lesser dose may be used to find the right spot.
