VanGogh7
Hi I am new here. I have been tapering from 75 mg Zoloft, 1250 Depakote, and 30 mg Abilify. I know those are some heavy-duty dosages. I am ready to get off of these meds, but I do not want to go too fast (and I know I have.) Every four days I've been lowering dosages. I know it's too quick a taper and will slow down. Thanks Edited April 16 by Emonda Name to title Tapering History (all drugs are the generic brand) (I do realize I am tapering too quickly) Originally: 4/08/24 4/12/24 Abilify 30 mg Abilify 20 mg Abilify 15 mg Zoloft 75 mg Zoloft 50 mg Zoloft 25 mg Depakote 1250 mg Depakote 1000 mg. Moderator Erimus Posted April 16 Moderator Share Posted April 16 (edited) Hello, welcome to SurvivingAntidepressants. We are a peer support forum to assist in tapering off psychiatric drugs safely, or recovering from psychiatric drug withdrawal. Could you alter the dates in your drug signature to either "8th April 24 / 4th August 24" or "YYYY/MM/DD"? We have staff from different parts of the world that use differing date formats, which can be confusing to us. Edit your signature here And yes, please slow down.
