Lol Manny your ok.its just wd playing tricks.

How's your gut?

Well I'm having more normal movements.

Seems like the symptoms shifted. Though, sucks the hyper arousal messed up my privates. My pa tells me it's just that. I described my urological symptoms and he mentions it's the same when he got poked around when they did his prostate cancer test. Good thing nothing was found, though his prostate was irritated for a while.

If you had cancer it would manifest in more ways than a few.they would have prioritized searching for it aggressively

I thought that too and had to face its wd.the more stress we add the worse it gets.

I've been having UTI symptoms but they are not finding infection in labs.veeery strange life were living here my friend   .no need to figure it out because it just changes

Ejaculation can irratate the prostate if frequent. That's my guess.

Good your gut is improving. That's great

Same here. I had two UTI like symptoms events occur at the end of last year and contribute it go W/D.

With what's happening now, they did two urinalysis tests and besides blood, no infection or something off was found. My primary even said she's not sending me to a urologist. Just trust her.

That's what my primary and ER doc told me. I irritated my privates. Plus like yea I've been doing it 3 x 5 times everyday. And the final event, did it 6 to eight times. My pa and MD had WTH reactions.

With the gut. I still have issues though they're almost calm down.

We've got some work to do.the brain can cause symptoms from thoughts. Not saying that's happening but we can pour some gas on it to blow it up.we have to recondition it towards logic reasoning

The young ER MD felt awkward when I asked how many times I should do it. He said, well not how you been doing it. 😁

Then, when I told him about the kidney, bladder or prostate cancer. He said. Ok. That went quick. Nope, you're taking it too far. I need to talk to my primary.

Christ. This anxiety / w/ds truly screw me up.

Try putting time into a hobby or new skill mine has been yardwork and camping.go out and challenge yourself to socialize more with the ladies. Make one social connection per day.

I miss that about la.very easy to interact.

I'm happy that I have a good lady through this.

Manny,

Am I right in thinking you ejaculate several times a day on most days?

I’m not one for demonising masturbation/sex or encouraging extremes, but that tends to have a very negative effect on myself and other men I know.

I find that ejaculating much less often leads to less anxiety, less depression and overall more confidence.

It might be something you trial.

Look at it from a positive. Least your libido is in working order.

You've read right. I've been ejaculating several times a day, everyday.  It's being one of the w/d symptoms with me. It's made me hyper sexual. I was never like this before or during taking the medication.

Right now, I've stopped. I hope overtime my genitals heal up.

Understood, sometimes I swing between low libido and an excessively high libido (since starting antidepressants and withdrawing).

Sounds sensible to reduce this, but complete abstinence is probably not necessary. See how you get on.

I just hope the blood in urine goes away with time. It will give me peace of mind. Since I'm thinking the worse. At the moment. It's on and off. It's not constant.

The hyper libido at first I thought, nice. I'd make people really happy. Mr. Don Juan up on this joint  😁 Then, seeing how's effecting me. Never mind, I'll take the low libido. 🤦

I'd say to myself I'm saving it for my new partner. Then spend that energy getting to know a partner so you can share that ultimate satisfaction of love my friend.

Lol knock it down to 1 or 2 x a week.your testosterone is probably high now from maintaining a master beat lol again good stuff.

I only took trinnelix for 6 weeks. I felt okay on it aside from nausea and getting a little heavier. I started to get leg bruises but ignored it.  Oddly at the six week mark I developed rhandomyalysis after noticing really bad leg pain and was hospitalized for 3 days. I've been off trinnelix now for a month. My health anxiety is through the roof. I have random muscle twitches in various parts of my body when i'm relaxed, tingling in my arms and heavy feet. I don't have balance issues and i'm not dropping anything.  It all comes and goes.  my doctor keeps saying I'm having physical symptoms of anxiety and still recovering from rhabdomyalysis.  In my mind I have a neurological issue. Tests are coming back clear but waiting for a nerve study and an MRI. Never had any  health issues before going on this medication. I regret the day I decided to take it. It is pure nightmare.

I had the bruises several months back. That went away. Aches and pains in various parts of my body. At the moment, these are the symptoms that I'm having

Off balance sensation when eating

Weird G.I. symptoms (electrical sensations, narrow stools)

intrusive thoughts

hyper arousal

sudden falling into depression and horrible crying spells.

sudden eating binges - gained 30lbs

I'm a year out. The symptoms at the moment are bothersome, though not as harsh as they were a year back. I'd say if the hyper arousal hadn't pushed me to over stimulate myself, I'd say was almost 80% back to myself.  Sometimes like now, I'm like you, that I regret taking the medication since it brought me these health problems.

Update

Well my symptoms have somewhat shifted now.

I still have G.I. symptoms though the aches and pains have shifted to my lower back. Which is weird.  Still have cramping, constipation or switching to loose stools.

Still get easily aggravated or easily depressed.

The off balance or 'fatigue' over the several months comes and goes. At the moment, I'm experiencing a 'wave'. Though, like @RusTW has mentioned that these W/Ds go backwards and the first symptoms are the ones that take the longest to leave, and this with the aggravated feeling were the first symptoms that hit me when I entered SSRI Poop Out and later W/D.  I hope this is just the last symptoms leaving.

Regarding my hyper arousal. It's still there. Though, I've done my best to distract myself.

My Primary received my blood work and everything was normal.  No crazy diabetes or some cancer. I only need to do Urinalysis which I'm afraid of doing.

I've postponed my colonoscopy until my lower genitals relax themselves. However, my primary told me that she holds to her IBS diagnoses and recommends me not to do the colonoscopy since it will only trigger my anxiety even more, and flare my G.I. system even more.  She told me to trust her which I find hard, though to be frank I find hard trusting anyone. However, for this I might trust her, since my movements have been shifting more to the normal type over the last several weeks. I have until the end of September to do the procedure, so I'll see if I go and do it or not.

Over the last several days I've been having a bad wave were I'm constantly off balance like I was when I began my W/Ds in July of last year.

I had blood work done and that should calm me down, but its not.

Another of those fears is cropping up. But I won't delve into it.

Well...Last Sunday I had an unexpected event occur. Over the last several days I was watching porn, and had premature ejaculation without doing anything. Due to that, my genitals got irritated, and yesterday I had another pee in blood episode.

I went today to my primary's office. The head physician saw me since my MD was booked. She wasn't keen to see me since she knew of my case.

She truly wants me to start getting psychotherapy for my anxiety.

She asked about my symptoms. I gave her an entire list of symptoms, and she suspects that I might have prostatitis. She ordered a urine culture, ultrasound for my kidneys and a referral to a urologist to make sure her diagnosis is correct.

Also, what scared me is that I lost six pound in four week - however I did cut on chips and fats. Also, had high blood pressure. Like who wouldn't with these symptoms. It doesn't help the off balance withdrawal symptoms.

I never imagined coming off this medication would cause me so much trouble.

Update

Well...most of my g.i. symptoms are calming down which is a plus.

Weird back pain symptoms have gone away.

Though, what's stayed and is freaking me out is the fatigue/off balance and nausea has made a come back...both symptoms were at the start of my ordeal with my w/d. It doesn't help with what's occurring right now with my genitals due to the hyper arousal, and I'm having aches and pains in my pelvic area that somehow both are connected, and quickly I'm going to that dark place were this could be something horrible.

In addition, due to the extreme anxiety my blood pressure has gone up, though my blood work shows that any markers of being diet wise are not there...hence Anxiety being the culprit.

I'm at my wits end with this. Glad that I'm seeing a therapist who is helping me through my anxiety. Though, I want this to be over.

I hope someone reads this gives me some moral support since its getting lonely here again.
