PREVIOUS medications and discontinuations: Have been on medications since 1996. Valium, Gabapentin, Lamictal, Prilosec and Zantac from 2000 to 2015 with a fast taper by a psychiatrist. Liquid Lexapro Nov, 2016 to 31-March, 2019 Lexapro free!!! (total Lexapro taper was 4 years-started with pill form) ---CURRENT MEDICATIONS:Supplements:Milk Thistle, Metamucil, Magnesium Citrate, Vitamin D3, Levothyroxine 25mcg, Vitamin C, Krill oil. Xanax 1mg 3x day June, 2000 to 19-September, 2020 Went from .150 grams (average weight of 1 Xanax) 3x day to .003 grams 3x day. April 1, 2021 went back on 1mg a day. Started tapering May 19, 2023. July 28, 2023-approximately .87mg. Dr. fast tapered me at the end and realized he messed up. Prescribe it again and I am doing "slower than a turtle" taper. 19-September, 2020 Xanax free!!! jeffelmexicano Posted March 13, 2023 Author Share Posted March 13, 2023 hello again. ok so today is the last move to 8 am . so first intake at 8 am 1.25 mg of lorazepam and in hold for ten days before move the 5 pm dose the first day of moving was very dificuly with a lot of itchy and a lot of anxiety the second day was better but wd symtoms came after de second intake 5 pm But not so strong i also moved like instructed my last intake of seroquel to 10 pm i wanna write about my symptoms cos they all went worse cosntipation severe ( nothing make me go to bathroom, things that worked before) sexual dysfuction worst in every sense emotional anestesia worst I really don't feel nothing sound and light sensivity more severe apahty and dysphory went worst I have no expressions or laugh im better in brain fog less anxiety maybe de constipation was the last time Cialis days ago today im with imsomnio maybe fixing the last intake of lorazepam wich I had a time frame to take it I set it up in one fix hour overdid it with 5 pm intake? or maybe the smalls wd make the symptoms worst ? I will write it down here cos this is like a diary of this journey in psych drugs. my family is my wife and my 7 yo kid . we struggle a lot to get some things like stable jobs a small house and a car i don't think they deserve to be taking care of me. since I started this family my idea was to take care of them. against everything. and now ....im hurt ... now my wife have a couple days of work . then we would go to the park but now I can't .... so my family must to split, why taking care of me when they are so young and full of life . im 40 years old I was finally getting some stability. now im hopeless . my personality is gone they guy my wife married is gone. at least for now .. they guy my kid love because I made him laugh is gone im not even sad I can't feel emotions but rationaly I have to step back. they are on time to star new life while I try what ever I need to try in other sense , more talking about this crap pills I felt always like every time I enter into wd some how pils or a. I feel more sides or b. wd is damaging me the last time I accidentally skipped a dose cos I was crazy about work I feel another kind of bad state for instance I use to have no emotions but I enjoyed music or talk or had some kind of sexuality now with bento wd is diferent i dont wanna play my guitar wich I loved sex is like no existent . no more laugh and no more meaning I stoped to work because . I was an established immigrant in the us working and being financially independent but a sudden crisis put me in a hospital against my will, I lost all and had to return to Colombia. I am dependent on my parents, with memory loss and trying to see what am I going to do professionally. but reading you I realize your strong sense of family. I don’t have any answers on your meds but reading you gave me hope. I hope this gradually get better Jul My meds: Started w Clonazepam 2020-September Jan 2021 lithium carbonate (Theralite) 1200 mg daily until nov 2022 that I started the tampering process Decreasing by a quarter of a pill. Currently on 600 mg for one more month bc there a lot of feelings I added natural options to this as follows Vitamin D, curcumin, Ashawanda, lavander oil (lasea) for anxiety, zinc, magnesium and omega 3. Milk thistle seeds and blue Espiruline Playing tennis 4 days a week. Spending time in nature and walking - hour 2/3 days a week. No sugar-no alcohol policy. Link to comment

PREVIOUS medications and discontinuations: Have been on medications since 1996. Valium, Gabapentin, Lamictal, Prilosec and Zantac from 2000 to 2015 with a fast taper by a psychiatrist. Liquid Lexapro Nov, 2016 to 31-March, 2019 Lexapro free!!! (total Lexapro taper was 4 years-started with pill form) ---CURRENT MEDICATIONS:Supplements:Milk Thistle, Metamucil, Magnesium Citrate, Vitamin D3, Levothyroxine 25mcg, Vitamin C, Krill oil. Xanax 1mg 3x day June, 2000 to 19-September, 2020 Went from .150 grams (average weight of 1 Xanax) 3x day to .003 grams 3x day. April 1, 2021 went back on 1mg a day. Started tapering May 19, 2023. July 28, 2023-approximately .87mg. Dr. fast tapered me at the end and realized he messed up. Prescribe it again and I am doing "slower than a turtle" taper. 19-September, 2020 Xanax free!!! I had a frame time between 8 pm and 9>30 pm. I guess I rarely took it at 8 pm I can't remember well my memory has been severely afected but I put the dose at 8 pm o'clock . I guess they are less but I can't remember I stoped looking at them while ago . regarding /crash/ I feel more dead when I spaced out the doses . maybe is logic cos im all day in these strong meds crash I mean symtoms went worst. maybe the wd of the spaced out I had the firsts days now that's normal. but some symptoms like weakness and brain fog are better I guess.. idk. what I feel tbh. I measure sometimes with sexuality. before I didn't felt libido but want to have sex with my wife. now I don't even want to . if that make any sense . That is a common adverse effect of the drugs. We cannot fix that immediately. What we're trying to do is get you stabilized so you can taper lorazepam and then Seroquel. This is not medical advice.
