I took it for 4 days snd I've now been ill for 4 days. How much did you take? 

If I look back over my med history I think I had a reaction to vit d in 2015. But when I asked the doctor they said that's not possible

I stopped it 4 days ago but the effects have not worn off

Below is some information about it from this site. Perhaps take just a small part of a child's dose and slowly work up. Maybe you just can't take it at all.  If you get natural sunlight and are in the sun you might not need it.

Yes in that article say start slowly but Is almost imposible .some cant take even small dose like me .

Idk If sun can do the job

You can ask your doctor to test and see if you are low. You might not need it.

Im low in vit d AND hormones wich idk how gonna fix that i cant do excersice or take steroids

All I can say is my body doesn't want any part of it. No matter the dose. I am just under normal on my blood tests. It will have to stay that way

Well you know . I just need to be able to work my life idk Is kind of over i Guess but If im not able to work thats anothrr story i have  a 8 yo boy AND i live in a poor country so that need to keep going i dont have insurance or anything i dream with a better life . Im on seroquel 123 MG still AND doses of ativan Is 0.95mg 8 am 1 MG 2 PM 0.95mg 8 pm so my head Is pff . Struggling every day . I got a virus that live in cns . Herpes simple . For normal people Is not that bad but for me Is a bomb . When i dont sleep i feel less anhedonic 

But herp3w come put AND feel very bad so Is bad bad . 

Idk i just work to pay bills then i try to rest AND thats it . I Made lots of mistakes . Is good to some one ask how are you so gracias

I would disagree that your life is over. It sounds like you have every reason to keep going and have a little boy that needs you. You are making progress in your taper and that's a GOOD thing. No need to focus on anything but slow, baby steps toward your goal of being off medication. Viruses have a way of messing up our nervous systems for sure. I was quite sick over the weekend with something and it flared everything up in my nervous system after being relatively 'well' for some time. I guess it's par for the course in this journey we're on. It's really something we have to accept and it's important to proceed forward nevertheless. Try not to focus on your mistakes or hardships. Have you ever considered starting a gratitude list? It can help to shift your thinking from the bad things to the good things that we might take for granted.

I try gratitud but its hard still trying 

Idk what to do with meds 

Antipsychotic índuced anheodnia i dont think Is much posible to heal Is just bombing dopamine all the Time 

 

Thats even worst than benzo wd but im not sure both are hell 

 

I think poeple have permanent or More anheodnia with antipsychotics AND they dont heal in years the pooeple i talked to 

 

Maybe i should stop benzo tapering AND taper seroquel ? 

 

So hard i know seroquel Is good for sleep after that i probably dont sleep normal again AND More with Benzos wd 

 

But anheodnia Is hell totally

The idea is that the more you think gratitude, the more you will see there are still good experiences, even while tapering. Can you think of any that are related to your son? Perhaps write about him and stick it up somewhere where you can see it everyday. When you're ready, or think of something else, add to it.

When is the last time you made a change to your dose? Do you feel that you're at a baseline level of symptoms? 

Well Is complicated i tried to change my signature  to put my dose changes AND i couldnt 

I Will try to write  changes here.

 

I think im worst than my baseline 

Specially in cognitive way Is very hard to do my work since my cognition Is not working well from  the last Time i drop dose 

 

I held for about a month before 

The virus i got attack cns AND stay there permanent 

 

My currents dose Is 

0.95 mg at 9 am ativan pharmacy do my pills 

1 MG at 3 PM ativan pharmacy pills 

0.95 MG at 9 pm compounding liquid  pharmacy ativan 

then 

 

last Time i drop was sunday April 20 

9 am dose from 1 MG to 0.95 MG 

 

Before this drop was with ni problem of 0.05 

 

the virus changed all my system Is extreme fragile 

 

wich Is very scary Is cognition going worst 

 

i would like to stop tapering but i have the pills from pharmacy maybe i take them pills to do More of my current dose i have a scale now AND i want to start cutting my own pills or do water taper so no More expend money on pharmacy AND all that 

 

im very scared about cognition im failing my work all the Time AND i cant lose my job , i feel If i continúe tapering my cognition gonna be worst 

 

before i did 0.05 per week with no problem AND hold one week . That was totally like 5 %  a month 

so currently

9 am 0.95 MG ativan 

3 PM 1 MG ativan 

9 pm 0.95 ativan 

11 PM 123 MG seroquel 

symtpms are 

anhedonia , worst cognition, bad sleep intolerance to food AND gym 

basically

It  supposed to go better from lowering dose idk .

I woke UP suddenly at 5 am then back to sleep until 9 am 

My back hurts AND my legs too 

 

Yesterday i eat a 5 CM piece of dark chocolatte to try . AND had vivíd dreams 

 

I feel dopamine or stimulants thing are good for anhedonia but really bad for cns benzo wd so sucks Cos i need stimulants otherwise my brain feel dead 

 

I want to add magnesium but im tapering AND i can stop Cos i have pharmacy pills .( I have a scale now tough but idk If pharmacy make the pills normal or add something ) 

 

I also had a steak  Yesterday 12 am 

My all boddy hurts 

Now going to drink a tea . That supposed to have a little caffeine right Will see . 

 

I need to keep my head above water just to work . AND i have 2 works thats really affecting me and also herpes . When i got herpes eevrything went much worse 

 

I plan to make another cut im a few days of 0.05 MG like always 

I cant believe people arround me dont help Cos they think im crazy or lazy or idk what 

 

The mother of my kid dont want me to see him . AND my family they always told me "you are like this Cos you want " thats really painful 

 

I almost couldnt find persons frol my country in this situation  

No with anheodnia AND no with benzo wd 

 

Most of people here have the luck to hve people helping 

Or they have insurance AND can be with out work . Well not my case i need to work

I see my friends doing normal life im so hopeless

Forward progress is always progress. And please try not to think too far ahead. There are many people who have come off multiple drugs and still healed and gone on to have normal sleep and normal lives. Keep your thoughts on the here and now. You will get there ❤️
