@Comfyquilt

I completely agree with @LostInCanada! No harm in waiting an extra week.

I know it's easier said than done, but try not to focus on the length of your taper; but rather, think about staying functional and as stable as possible.

2003-2009 on and off various SSRI's for short periods, Ativan prn

2010-2011 Ativan, up to 1.5mg/day - tapered off without issue

2013-2021 ativan 1-1.5mg 10-12x/month, daily starting Oct 21 to help with buspar WD

2016 - Effexor 75mg, short-term

2021 Mar -Jun Buspar ADR at high dose, tapered 3 months

2021 Aug Wellbutrin 150mg for 5 days (ADR), then MIrtazapine 7.5mg for 7 days (ADR)

Oct 22/21 - Direct switch ativan to clonazepam (don't do this)

Tapered clonaz Oct/21 - Apr/23  - 0mg!

Supplements: omega-3, mag-glycinate

Yes, I'm good! I just noticed this morning that my tulips are finally coming up :) We've had a LOT of snow the last week and everything finally melted away. I'm ready for spring! 🥀

@LotusRising nice to hear the snow is melting and your tulips are coming up 🌷

I now have my doses evened out 1.9mg of Valium in the am and 1.9mg in the pm. I am just wondering what you think a reasonable reduction would be? I reduced on April 1 from 3.9 to 3.8 - that was a 2.5% reduction. Just at a semi loss as to what the next step is. Thanks!

@Comfyquilt been thinking about you. Hope you are doing a bit better. It will get better. Our bodies are so resilient. Keep being kind to yourself. Treat yourself no differently than you would treat a friend going through this. Big hugs.❤️

Glad you are puttering a bit. Gardening soothes me. I just wish I could make it all go away for us. I've had about a week of good days. Trying to not overdue anything. Always thinking if I go out of my limited boring routine that I will trigger a wave. Trying to think of this as a long respite. We will get there. ❤️❤️❤️
