jjwarf
@Kelsears Thank you! I appreciate that so much. For the last two days I have increased my water intake significantly. I also started a potassium supplement (99mg) and take that with about 1000 mg of sodium. I'm still waiting on the Celtic Salt to come in but have been using pink Himalayan in the meantime. I am cautiously optimistic. I did not have a headache yesterday and felt great. Today so far no headache. jjwarf
@Kelsears I feel good! Maybe even hopeful? I haven't had a headache again since I started drinking more water and supplementing potassium and sodium. I started to feel a headache coming on yesterday around lunch time so I took the potassium supplement with some salt and felt fine after that. It seemed to be coming back around bedtime so I drank a liquid IV before bedtime and it went away. Gosh, if the fix for the months of headaches was this simple I am so grateful. I was ready to throw in the towel and go back on a full dose just for some relief and normalcy. I am going to hold for at least a month or so to make sure I am stable before I make anymore cuts. How are you? Still in a window and feeling ok?
