That is before condensing them cause you said you didn't want a play by play of my day. Same symptoms means they're still the same as they were earlier.

The overwhelmed head feeling and weird vision basically last all day everyday 

The anxiety, restless, muscle tension in different places at different times, stomach feeling full and hurt, collarbone pressure, freezing cold is  off and on and up and down throughout the day basically changing every 10 mins.... 

i can say the brain anxiety is still there but much much less intense than before. and before reinstating i couldn't sweat at all and now i do when hot

6:00pm restless legs and arms, shaky, anxiety, overwhelmed head feeling, crying, hopeless.

 

7:00pm feel somewhat better, no anxiety, crying, same symptoms as above tired

 

8:00 restless arms and legs has subsided, same symptoms as above

8:45pmish went to sleep  woke up various times up at 6:20 am

 

3/13

6:30 am weird vision, shaky, overwhelmed head feeling

6:40 eating breakfast same symptoms as above, anxiety 4/10

 

8:30am anxiety is less, same symptoms, restless arms and legs,

 

9:00am felt better. sleepy, dozing off got up. Shaking inner and outer again, weird vision, collar bone pressure, restless legs, anxiety 2/10, cold, overwhelmed head feeling

 

10:00 am ate lunch

11:00am 3mg sertraline same symptoms, muscle tension in legs, neck and back, stomach feels full hurts… nausea, somewhat normal bowel movement,

11:40 feel somewhat better no stomach full pain or anxiety, or nausea

 

1:00pm anxiety, restless legs, cold, shaky, overwhelmed head feeling, collar bone pressure

1:07pm anxiety and shaky subsided, hungry ate a snack

 

1:45pm overwhelmed head feeling, collar bone pressure, weird vison,

 

3:00 same symptoms as earlier and vertigo

3:20 collarbone pressure,vertigo subsided, overwhelmed head feeling, weird vision, weak feeling, internal shakiness

4:00 anxiety returned, weak feeling subsided, muscle tension, weird vison,

4:10 anxiety subsided…

 

4:40 ate dinner, anxiety, shaky, eyes having a hard time adjusting to different light which is newer the last few days, shaky,

What do you mean by this? What foods? If you feel funny after eating a certain food, stop eating it.

@Altostratai mean im sensitive to what feels like everything one day a salad is okay the next its not so its never specific. You mean like 4 mg? is waiting a week or two a bad idea?

Yes, I understand very well that you're anxious.

 

If you think you are reacting to food, you may wish to go on a restricted diet for a while and see if that helps.

3/13 continued

 

5;15 anxiety subsided, shaky, weird vision,overwhelmed  head feeling

6:30 collar bone pressure is back, same symptoms as above

7:15 collar bone pressure has subside, same symptoms as above

7:30 anxiety, restless legs, same symptoms as above.

8:00pm anxiety and restlessness subsided, muscle tension, overwhelmed brain feeling, weird vision, inner shaky

8:45pm anxiety and restless returned, muscle tension subsided

9pm anxiety subsided

9:30pm restless subsided, somewhat tired hoping to sleep soon

Finally fell asleep around  10pm woke up several times up at 6:30 am

 

3/14

6:30am shaky, weird vision, muscle tension

6:40am ate breakfast anxiety some brain anxiety, and same symptoms as above

8:00am same symptoms as above, restless and freezing cold, collar bone pressure

9:00am anxieties have subsided, same symptoms otherwise

10:00 am snack, collar bone pressure subsided, shaky, anxiety 4/10, muscle tension,

 

11:00 am 3mg sertraline anxiety has subsided, muscle tenision, stomach feels a bit full and painful, weird vision,

 

12:30 ate lunch and drank sprite for my stomach so now really overwhelmed head feeling, stomach feels full and hurts, muscle tension really mad at myself because I was feeling decent

2:00pm  same symptoms as above anxiety, gas pain, pressure in collarbone and chest…My nerves now keep burning in random places off and on today which is new, restless in arms and legs …. Somewhat normal bowel movement

 

3:00 stomach full and gas pain subsided drank a lala with added probiotic smoothie

5:00pm ate dinner shaky, muscle tension, overwhelmed head feeling, super hot ( not sure I’d consider that new) im usually freezing cold

5:45 hot feeling subsided , same symptoms otherwise, and anxiety

 

Started menstrual cycle

It can be hard around your menstrual period. However, it appears you are reporting short windows when anxiety has subsided?

@Altostrata I already had short windows. Where things subside and come back 10 minutes later. Just the weird vision and sometimes overwhelmed head feeling take forever to subside if they do at all. I have so many symptoms since updosing and I'm praying it's because of my period. The only improvement I have is anxiety is a little less intense at times. 

My plan was to updose next week. Wait a week or two and start the crossover doing 

1 mg new 3 old for a week. Then 2 mg new 2 old for a week and then 3 new 1  old for a week then all new. Praying I respond well.

My skin randomly burning off and on and nerve pain off and on is new. No symptoms have went away completely

@Altostratai try to do my notes as best as i can. However, all of these symptoms are up and down come and go literally changing every 10 minutes 

I now have light pressure in my temples and eyebrows sometimes cheeks and whole face

@Altostrata no they changed manufacturers on me. The old one shut down.  Unfortunately I have no choice. One generic to another generic. So same med. Different brand

And hopefully because of my period the anxiety is barely subsiding at all today

I'm sure the crossover will go fine. Be sure to wait until your menstrual cycle is over.

@Altostrata I have sooo many symptoms coming and going, cycling, varying in intensity.

im not sure if this is from the updose, drinking something that didnt agree with me yesterday and doing the same with a food today (learned my lesson) or if its from my menstrual cycle

3/14 continued

 

6:40pm anxiety, weird vison, muscle tension, a bit shaky, random nerve pains moving to different places,

8:00pm Anxiety subside, same symptoms otherwise and collar bone and chest pressure,  tired

 

9:00am same symptoms, less shaky and anxiety just waiting for it to pass so I can go to bed

10:30 cant sleep, collar bone and chest pressure, overwhelmed head feeling, Tried chamomille tea made it worse

 

11:30pm finally almost asleep daughter woke me up collar bone, pressure some anxiety, wide awake

 

Finally fell asleep around 1ish waking a few times heart racing and sweaty  up at 6am

 

3/15

 

6:00 am anxiety, shaky, weird vision,

 

7:00am same symptoms as above .  restless legs and arms, muscle tension

7:30 am anxiety subsided, same symptoms sleepy and dozing off

8:30am anxiety coming back, still a bit sleepy gonna get up restless arms, shaky, muscle tension,

 

9:20am same symptoms as above and collar bone pressure. Drank Lala probiotic smoothie , freezing cold

 

10:00 am ate lunch same symptoms as earlier more intense muscle tension in legs, and back, stomach feels full  

 

11:00am 3mg sertraline same symptoms as above still

11:30 pressure in eyebrows and temple which is new…

11:45am now restless legs and arms again, collar bone pressure, cold, muscle tension, shaky, overwhelmed head feeling

 

1:00pm heart racing from walking up the stairs, still have anxiety, little less shaky, overwhelmed head feeling.

 

3:00pm ate a bite of a snack that didn’t agree with me…total activation  somehow anxiety subsided, Cold with chills, worse period cramps, really overwhelmed head feeling, stomach feels full and hurts, muscle tension in arms kinda burns a bit and different visual disturbances, waves of vertigo.. now I know what I won’t eat again!!

 

5:00pm ate dinner, feel weak and weird again, super hot, overwhelmed head feeling, muscle tension, weird vision, shaky, crying and hopless

You might look into the exclusion diet. Staple is chicken and rice.

@Altostrata Thank you, i will i just hope this isn't all from the last updose and it all calms down by next week. I have faith. This week is rough!

@Altostrata Is it okay if i continue my notes after my period is over? Things have become unbearable. Im even having full stomach reactions from water now... So many symptoms... More pain, everything is all over the place. And i dont know what to do.

Yes, please continue with your notes later. Many women find withdrawal symptoms are worse during their periods.

@Altostrata I really hope that's why I have so so many symptoms and feel so bad. They're rapid cycling changing every 10 minutes. (they always have) but now I have so so many new ones since reinstating. And the anxiety is back to being brutal. Has me doubled over in bed crying.  Brain feels fried. 

 

Every time I updose I have a nice 2 days partial window and then slowly get worse again with new symptom it seems.

@Momoffour oh no I hate this!!!  Do u think abilify wds u are in instead of Zoloft?  I hate this for us. These meds are hell.  I hate getting on them. I’m sorry

@Ginger23 I am wondering that as well. @Altostrata should I reinstate the Abilify too? Since it's a total different class of med. Or can I stabilize on just the ssri?

I don't think the anxiety is less intense I think I'm getting cortisol spike now on top of the anxiety I already had I have so so many symptoms since reinstating 🥺

@Altostrata I really don't think I did well on the Zoloft to begin with. Would cross tapering to Prozac be a bad idea? And if I feel like this is getting way worse rather than better could I need the Abilify too?

I've lost 3 lbs in 2 days even with eating which is now really hard to do.
