We're all thinking of you @Caesar65.  We'd love to hear an update as to how you're doing!

Hi my dear Catina, many thanks to you, for thinking of me, but all the symptoms developed worse and everything changed badly than ever before in my life. I feel hopeless.

These symptoms are restricting and disabling me still completely, especially the new symptoms occurring after this failed reinstatement, especially the strong feeling of being blocked from within, from taking any actions and this Insomnia and Polyneurophatia in my feet, the great inner restlessness aso.
Do you know what really bothers me very much? I feel very agonised and desparate, because I was not able to write here in SA anymore, I wanted to keep in touch with the people,  but I couldn’t. I thought about it every day, but I couldn’t write sentences which make any sense. Can you imagine? It is like  a blockage from inside, and it’s very severe, it’s one of the symptoms which developed since the failed reinstatement, very hard to explain, nobody understands that. But I will post more again, I really have much to tell. It took me another sleepless  night to write this text.

Best wishes to you and MMmoretodays, Alto, and all the other Angels!
Please stay in touch!

Nice to hear from you @Caesar65.  You're enduring the best you can, and that's all we can do sometimes.   We look forward to hearing from you again when you are ready.  Treat yourself kindly and gently in the meantime, and keep HOPE alive that in time you will make some sort of improvement.  Each day that you survive is a victory!

I am not doing any better, everything developed worse. I am grateful for the people who stay in touch with me, there are very, very few people in my area who understand what I am going through. Christmas this year was even more difficult for me than the last in 22.
I like to say thank you for your kind and warmhearted words, you are always giving inspiration 🙏🌹Wish you the best.

First of all I like to wish you and everyone here a Happy and Blessed New Year!

Dear Catina,

many thanks for your kind words and your understanding. But I am not sure  if I explained myself in a way, that people can understand what is going on with me concerning this feelings of being disabled to act, being like blocked, it’s hard to explain.

I reported about this already in May, everything has developed really worse since then and I described the new symptoms.

People are irritated from my disability to react normal, I feel the symptoms that occured were getting worse again, after I stopped  reinstating in May.  My mental abilities are getting more limited, it scares me a lot. And I have great forgetfulness, and still this bodily weakness, no clear thinking, the old symptoms since 2022. Another scary thing why I didn’t post here for a while, was that I thought, my router was hijacked by a virus, because many strange things happened also in May. I was offline, switched off the w lan. But this is another story to tell.
I am in a very severe situation. And this Insomnia didn’t change at all, too. Whatever  supplements I take, nothing helps. I can’t sleep at all anymore since April, and in the morning I can’t get up, I am totally exhausted all day long. I can’t work since then, how will I survive? My facial expression has changed very badly, I don’t want to look in the mirror anymore.
Best wishes to you!

@Caesar65 I'm so sorry you are suffering. I managed to improve my sleep by improving my diet.

Please go and buy some lean beef. Take 250grams and boil it in water to cook it. Do NOT fry it or cook it in any other way. Then add just a little salt, pepper and/or Italian herbs (basil, thyme, oregano) to give it some taste. Do not add too much. And do NOT use any bottled sauces with preservatives. Do this every day for a week or two and your sleep will improve.

Also, tell me, what are you eating everyday or regularly. If you are taking any supplements, STOP THEM NOW. Every single one of them. Trust me on this. There will be a time you can take them again and they will help you. But not now.

It's very important that your liver is in optimal working order. This helps you detox out the toxic substances messing with your sleep and triggering your other symptoms. Can you let me know via private message what colour is your stool, whether you suffer from diarrhoea, constipation, acid reflux, broken stools etc.

Jan 29, 2023 - Took my one and only dose of Mirtazapine (15 mg). Developed an immediate adverse reaction with list of withdrawal-like symptoms.

Hey there , i Took lexapro for 10 years, cold turkey 4 years ago. It is hell , i feel you.what i can say is : avoid everything which triggers the cns, also coffee ! I Drunk coffee during the withdrawal and it Made it so Worse.. also vit D or Omega 3..

2010-2019 Lexapro 20mg

2017-2019 reduced 20 mg - 10 mg

May 2019 - December 2019 reduced from 10 mg to 0 mg very quickly. Last 4 mg --> cold turkey!

Since cold turkey severe withdrawal symptoms; since March 2021- today almost every day the same symptoms: migraines, fatigue, depersonalisations
