I don't know @Fairsome.. the antidepressant blocks serotonin reuptake sport increases dopamine serotonin for hormones it can't hurt.  Even for stress anxiety sport is very very good to practice regularly.  It's worth trying this setting goals in years.  And we'll see after we support guys I'm thinking of you!

My major mistake was to take this **** two times.

first time my PSSD healed after 10 months when I took it for 2 weeks. Then I took it again due to withdrawal symptoms for another 4 weeks and that time my system crashed completely. Had to stop the intake from one day to the other. Since then I struggled. I hope you guys will be faster as your system didn’t see this immense reaction.

Hey guys how are you, what's up this weekend?  Me rest because I am very tired.  I have set myself the goals of resuming sport from next week by going to the gym and jogging outside with the good weather.  I'm going to do that with a good diet and regular bedtimes for good sleep.  I will do this for 1 year.  And I will see if I see improvements or not whether mental or sexual.  Then I will advise taking something to increase serotonin because me during the antidepressant treatment everything is going well sexually and I had no shrinkage.  On the other hand, I had memory loss and I was afraid of not being able to have children and that in the long run it would have harmful effects.  And nothing says that if within some time with the sport its does not arrange the resumption of chemical or natural antidepressant (St. John's wort etc), its restores a normal sexuality.  Do you guys think, for example, that by taking an antidepressant the size of the penis will return to normal as well as premature ejaculation?  @Ben190 @Avicii

Thanks a lot  I was so worried nothing will ever heal because my system was crashed while taking these meds. Body was shaking, dreams crazy, always immense problems with stomache. It was terrible... so I just hope that PSSD will leave finally completely and then I am back to normal life.

 

Guys I think everyone has the chance to heal...

ah and yeah I will also do more sports again. But don’t push too fast too hard, your system is sensible. So take it easy at the beginning and look how much your body is willing to give.

I agree with you and given the damage it has inflicted on us I don't want to think about it again.  I hope sport will help me.  But to arrive at a given moment if no improvement arrives it will become complicated..

I agree.  Afterwards, I don't know if that's your case, but I'm 32 and I have children.  Life this life now if we don't heal after several years of withdrawal we spend next to our life hoping?  It is still a reflection to be carried out after obviously that I do not want to take this drug again after all the efforts made

Hi guys. I am so sorry for all of us. I get sexual dysfunction sometimes. I take Cymbalta 60mg. I think it is one of the culprits. I get sexual arousal when I am with my girlfriend, but it doesn't last longer. When we have sexual intercourse I  don't get climax only some. We only made love once. We want to try again. Sometimes I get so turn on but it takes me a lot to ejaculate having sexual dysfunction most of the times. Others I have some orgasm. I take abilify 2,1ml too. Abilify causes to have strong desire for sex if I am not mistaken. Can I "cheat" not taking abilify 2,1ml,Cymbalta 60mg and biperiden 4mg extended release before sex? I read that on the Internet but I don't think it will solve my problem.

Hello I hope you're fine.  As you are still on treatment, the only thing I can advise you is to stop your treatment completely and wean yourself off.  If you want to continue taking it at all costs, stopping it a few days before a report can help you because I had noticed that the treatment had effects for 2 or 3 days.  Moreover when I stop them completely I was really bad after 3 days not right away.  Guys I noticed that the veins in my erect penis were really bright red and very showy does this happen to you too?  Well do you have that?  I see in it the sign that there is a problem, maybe the day it goes away, those will be the beginning of a possible cure.  Be well guys if you have any improvements or just need to talk let me know @Ben190 @Avicii @Manny78

Manny your issues are most probably due to the large cocktail of psychiatric drugs you are taking.

I never meant to stop my Cymbalta 60 mgs completely CT or not take it for a few days. I know I will have to taper it. I meant to not take it for a few hours.

@Parisien Did your blood test specifically check your testastarone and estrogen levels? Not just regular blood test.

I probably will not try Hormone Replacement therapy at this point. At least until I stabilize from my WD & reinstatement. I don't trust doctors since I realized that most of them don't know what they are doing. Don't feel like being another experiment for them.

My Brain (cognition, anhedonia, DP) is getting better every week. Still far from being myself though.

 

The sexual part is still severe; Shrunk penis, Zero libido, chaos in my legs/feet, unable to imagine sex, no desire to women. It’s really hard to live like this….I used to be super sexual and now zero.

 

If this doesn’t get better I will never have sex again…how do you live with that? Sex used to be a huge part of my life.

 

I’m just so sad and angry that this has happened to me and that I probably will have to live with a damaged brain for the rest of my life. 
 

Do you see any improvements @Parisien?

 

I know I should be happy about my improvements but I won’t be positive untill my sexuality returns.

No I can’t have sex, my penis is a total mess. If I get an erection it is like 50% of the size it used to be, just awful to see. I don’t have any interest in sex anyway so it’s not a problem. 
 

I would say that my erections have gotten weaker the more my brain has healed…very strange. Maybe it’s part of the healing process, who knows? Ben had the same problem 19 months off and his penis went back to normal-ish again. I still have hope even though it’s getting harder and harder to believe in 100% healing.

I don't want to be defeatist, but I think Ben took his antidepressant for two or three months, even less, I think.  So if we do it again like him it will take a lot longer and there is no certainty.  This is what scares me the most.  I would take antidepressants again but I just wonder if taking the size back would return to normal?  It's still crazy that the size is reduced at the time of weaning and not before it is not logical.  Same for premature ejaculation I didn't have any under treatment it's only when I stop that it's manifest for me

Me, I must have lost 3 or even 4 cm from what was my normal basic size in my misfortune, it's okay that at the base I didn't have a small penis, but mentally it's a waste all the same and the  self-confidence takes a hit.  I agree with you when you say that anyway it won't work as it is and that you don't want me to have the same recenti.  But already for premature ejaculation the practice can only help I think.  Find an understanding partner at this level.  We're the same we both want a relationship and children so that's why I'm looking at alternatives like millerpetuis which acts on serotonin but more natural as a last resort if in a few years it's not  arrange I'll try as soon as his face leave shrinkage and premature ejaculation.  Because I don't see my life ending single without children.  It's not my vision of being happy and happiness so arriving at some point there will be no choice unless to resolve to this fate.  Life this life now is not 50 years old even if there is still life there we are in the best years @Avicii in any case if you need to exchange the above I am the courage my friend I am already happy that mentally its  get better for you

I have also lost 3-4 cm but I also had a pretty big penis so I am still above average but who cares if it doesn’t run like it used to. I think size will come back when our brains are back to normal. Right now I have no blood flow at all to my penis making my penis look like the way I guess a penis looks like when you die and your brain shuts down…

@Parisien I think it does. Wouldn't you want to know? Maybe if that's the issue you can treat it somehow if you can find a good doctor, if there is one out there. At least you'll know that it's a hormone deficiency.

I mainly suffer from low libido, sometimes it comes up and I feel excited about girls and then… back to bad.

 

- Orgasms 10/10

- Size 10/10

- Libido 3/10

 

10 means back to prior status before taking these pills.

 

All in all it’s getting better. All my symptoms are gone just very tired sometimes and no power in body, and of course libido issues. But other than that a lot of things work great. I hope the sexual part will heal soon too as this is the last major WD symptom.

Yes I lost it, I was unable to get erection, pleasure, just to clarify… I even lost my sperm. Orgasms were without sperm!……

nonono I took it shorter but the big mistake was to take the same thing a second time. That was a huge crash to my CNS.

 

you will recover the same, you didn’t took it the second time. Additionally I think it makes to difference because every body is different. You might be quicker as I have a lot of body chronic illnesses on top.

it really depends. Sometimes no problem sometimes quite hard to make it work. It’s like if sometimes everything works and sometimes not but I can’t tell why and which was the reason for it.

 

But as there are moments where things work close to normal I think I might recover finally. Time heals

It is possible in my opinion  yeah the first 2 years seem like nothing happens…

 

you will feel more again and be connected… this takes time. Sports will also be able later^^ try to do some walks, maybe some small weights.
