@LotusRising Its is possible to have ssri interdose withdrawals?? 

My pill is immediate release, and paxil peak plasma level is 4-8 hours,after 8 hours my withdrawal start or i metabolize paxil sol fastly??

@Belajazi what time are you taking the paroxetine? Have you managed to get it to 11am yet? This would take care of any of those issues.

@LostInCanada Actually if i take it at night, it helps me in sleeping, i am very afraid if take it at 11am then definitely, my sleep will be effected. I want peaceful sleep for my brain. But if you suggest me to switch dose at day time than i will. 

now again my symptoms are fluctuates, some day less some day intense. Now i have one another issue is severe tarychardia 160/min.i can't tolerate propanolol. Idk should i visit my dr or not for trachychardia. 

I will wait more and journal my symptoms. Today after taking k i am same as before.

The cortisol rush for me is like shaking on the inside. Like I am cold but I am not yet no visible shaking. I feel anxiety, dread, disoriented. Sometimes the internal vibrations make it impossible even to take a deep breath. It helps when I get up and walk. Also when I rub my arms and wrap in a blanket even though I am not cold.

@LostInCanada i have one question, in these two months my symptoms are highly fluctuate. Like from two days my terror subsides, but now from two days i am continously pacing with Innerrestless??  

sometime terror, sometime Innerrestless idk why its happen.

It's your body trying to heal. It makes an adjustment in one area, then it has to adjust in another area and so on. It is working on stabilizing.👍

@LostInCanada thank god. After switching one months was very difficult/torturous for me. But always i try my best to keep my patience.other symptoms like dp/dr,dizziness,cognitive issue are gradually improves.what Do you think can i heal from paradoxical reaction. ?

Yes. I think the changes in your symptoms show that. It is just so hard to believe sometimes.

Stable is when you level out. So you won't be having huge fluctuations. How long have you been on the liquid? Please update. Thanks 😊

@LostInCanada i have changed my signature. Idk why brain become dump,i think due to severe cognitive issue. 

I wanted to drop 2%.paxil is destroying my brain.

Have you kept a spreadsheet of symptoms and rated them daily 1-10. If so are there improvements. It has been barely 2 months since changing to a liquid. I know you are frustrated and want off but being patient puts you in the best place for success. If you start tapering, will you recognize new or worsening symptoms? This is important to know so you can adjust your taper if necessary.

@LostInCanada lot of things have improved like dp/dr,S urges, little bit anhedhonia, muscles twiches and jerks, except akathisia which fluctuate in pattern sometimes S terror sometime internal agitation ( like i wanted to rip my skin off or jump out of my skin😔) akathisi can never heal because it was after few paxil pills. 

yes i can definitely recognize my new symptoms. 

After how many days new symptoms do pop up??? 

Still i need your suggestion.

It can be immediate to 14 days. That is an average...some have been symptoms after a month. I still think it is too soon to start a taper. I would wait one more month since there is still improvement then reassess.

@LostInCanada 😭😭😭 i can't tolerate aka agitation any more. If i drop just 2% .and see what happen? I know you are asking for my own good and i highly appreciate it. 

But you can't imagine aka is killing me day by day.

You are free to do what you feel is necessary. It may be good or it may be worse. It is your choice. 2% would mean taking a dose of .98 ml.

Remember the agitation can come from not being stable or from the other 2 drugs you are on as well. It is your choice.

@LostInCanada i was put on k and pregabalin after akathisia caused by paxil. My dr instaed removing me off paxil,add more drug

is it possible that i can stabilize By holding my tapering after 9 months of suffering ,while my aka was started Just after three days of my initial dose. 

Or slow tapeing and holding just prevent me from withdrawals??

During that nine months you have had a lot of starts and stops with a lot of different drugs, and what appears to be an adverse reaction to each one of them. Your body is screaming out for stability. I would not make any changes for quite some time. I am thinking in the four to six month range. Then you can reevaluate and maybe start to think about a slow taper.

 

From your signature it appears that the aka started with the benzos. Once stable It might be a good idea to taper the kolonopin first.

I don't think so my aka was from b3nzo. 

I am 100% sure my aka is from paxil, because i ct paxil for two days when my mom was hospitalized then second day without paxil my aka was gone, but i again took my paxil because i was afraid from withdrawals. 

I am in too much pain, i wanted to cry loudly. I don't understand which drug should i taper which i hold.

Brass monkey is not telling you to taper anything at this time. You need to wait 4-6 months of no changes to stabilize.

This is not proof of paxil being the cause of akathasia. 

Like I said before, you have to make your own decisions based on the information.

The advice on here is you need to hold everything and stabilize.

i will wait more for another month, if things improves even 5% in another one month, i will wait more.

And so sorry for bothering you, i am just in extreme pain. Can you imagine 24/7 terror??  This evil pill day by day destroying my brain.

@LostInCanada how are you??  I am here just to update that i am still at one ml. Things are improving. 

But i am in full blown b3nzo tolerance. Now i feel totally paradoxical after taking bennzo. I am very broken. If one thing is getting better then other is creating problem for me. 

After taking benzo i feel extreme anxiety and restlessness and headache 

Any suggesstions

@LostInCanada i have pills of 2mg which i divide into 1/4 

I can't cut further. For new prescriptions (0.5mg ) i will have to take appointment with dr. 

I can't tolerate night time dosage ,after few hours my anxiety and restlessness increases 100 times. 

Idk all this happening to me.. 

Now benzo acting paradoxical,because i am in full blown tolerance. Unfortunately i can't taper both at a time.
