Are you keeping it refrigerated? Do you use distilled, boiled or bottled water? If you use tap water it won't last as long. If you boil water, it must be room temperature before adding the drug. There is no way of knowing if it is still good or not. Always show more caution then necessary. Skipping a dose can be devastating.

@LostInCanada i am using tap water but from now on i will use boiled water. I am not skipping even a single dose after joining SA.

@Belajazi No, we need to see some symptoms settle more. Tapering will be slower if you start too soon. You do not want to have to updose. Getting off won't stop the symptoms if you go to fast. It will end up feeling like cold turkey did. You are doing great. Patience and healing.♥️

@LostInCanada i am trying my best to keep my patience. I will prefer Brassmonkey microtaper method when i will start taper. 

My many symptoms have resolved which was started after switching, except terror which i know, only will heal after complete ceassation of drug. Because i am showing my symptoms of serotonin syndrom.thats why from starting every ssri had given me severe paradoxical reaction.

It puts you in a hard position because the WD symptoms still can increase whether an adverse reaction or not. 1 mg of paxil  affects about 14% SERT.

@LostInCanada i have noticed one thing when i prepare new sol then next day my symptoms become worsen 100 times.

@Belajazi make sure you are stirring it thoroughly and drawing liquid from the center of the mix. Don't draw directly from the bottom.

Thats means symptoms can be worsen if syringe fills with more drug particles.

My another question i am taking kolonopin, idk its helping me or not Because i have 24/7 terror. After compelet tapering of paxil. Can i heal from aka on benzo or i have to taper benzo for complete healing.

Complete healing will be when it is all behind you. I know people end up in tolerance withdrawal from benzos. Did you just start benzos in August 2023 or when?

Yes but also the opposite of not enough. That is why it is important to grind up the pill and give it enough time to dissolve at room temperature. Then always stirring thoroughly before drawing up the liquid.

I have one question, how i will find that kolonopin helps me in masking my symptoms?? After how many hours its effect wear off?? 

From previous two days terror little bit pass, but now i have extreme restlessness, i can't sit still and severe palpitations.

Klonopin has a long half life of 30-40 hours so it is always in your system at a steady point if you take it daily and around the same time. 

 

It is good some of the terror has lifted. 

Pregabalin has many side effects as well. 

It's just a matter of stabilizing. Whether Klonopin is masking symptoms or not does not change the need for stability.

someone ask me on benzobuddies that i should spilt my dose at morning and evening, it will helpful for me in withdrawals and when i will taper it .

Btw now my timing is same from atleast one month.

I do not think this is necessary as Klonopin has a long half life unlike many others. @LotusRising has come off benzos and would have suggested it if it would have been beneficial.

Yes i am taking kolonopin 0.5mg since 15 august 2023

 

 

15 august 2023: my dr prescribe me paxil 12.5mg and 0.5mg kolonopin ,at that time i already have akathisia but unfortunately i was unwared of it.i was continuously paced with extreme terror. 

 

With 12.5mg paxil and 0.5mg kolonopin my S terror lifted immediately .but after three to four days severe internal agitation (physical aka)  started. My Condition was torturous, i wanted to jump out of my skin. 

 From 15-2023 august to 1-feb 2024

My symptoms : All day torturous akathisia (physical akathisia) not mentall except few hours of relief at night when i take kolonopin .i reduced my dose 1/4 = 3mg, which eases my little bit akathisia. 

During these months i visited psychiatricist many time, they prescribed me mood stabilizers and antipsychotics and other benzos, but i refuse to take it, becaue i was already badly injured. I asked my dr i want to taper it. He asked me take paxil alternative day for 20 day then two day gap for 20 days then stop. 

After skiping dose i become highly S, intense physical pain and lot ot other symptoms 

 

Then i decided to join SA ,where @LostInCanada guide me to take dose daily. I was on coated pill, i had no money to buy expensive scale, then i switch to 1ml home-made paxil sol. After switching the whole month was torturous, inner akathisia totally fade, SI subside, physical pain subside but mental aka ( terror)  started. Now day by day some symptoms improve. 

=> my main concern is i was on kolonopin from 8 months, now terror subside after taking kolonopin for few hours then next day i wake up with full terror which present all day till next kolonopin dose.l feel like i have benzo tolerance withdrawals or b3nzo relieve my ssri withdrawals for few hours. Idk i am not young enough to make any decision. I am very afraid.  

Note: i had started these antidepressant becaue of ptsd ( my mother was diagnosed with met cancer)

It sounds like there is a general trend of improvement, but you're noticing terror.

 

Has the terror always been there, or is this a new symptom?

@LotusRising terror and pacing was present before paxil prescription. 

From 15-august to 14 feb terror was present but internal aka was present. 

Now terror started after swtiching to home-made solution. At start of switching terror was so intense. Now its 10% improve but does present whole day untill kolonopin dose

=>Now i take Kolonopin at 6pm.

I have changed kolonopin timing two time during these 8 months,due to visit of hospitals for my mom.

What do you think i have benzo tolerance withdrawals because i feel immediate relief after taking k, then wake up in worst condition.

What time do you wake up with these symptoms? A lot of people express an increase in symptoms upon waking, due to a dysregulated cortisol response. It could be this, or just your pattern of symptoms, or it's possible you could be experiencing interdose withdrawal. Klonopin does have a longer half-life, but some people do report needing to take it more frequently. 

 

If you feel relief AFTER taking your medication, it is likely not tolerance. It should reach full effect 1-3 hours after taking it, and then the effect would start to decline, so depending on how quickly you metabolize the medication, it could be related to your symptoms.

 

Is this pattern the same every day?

Yes the pattern is same every day .

Why kolonopin effect does not remain untill next dose??  

i have severe akathisia with fluctuation from 9 months. I am try my best to keep my patience. But its pure torture.

i take paxil at 11 at night from prevoius month. 

I go to bed 12 at night
