@Belajazi For myself I would take paxil when I wake and Klonopin before I sleep.

You need to stir it and see if it will dissolve. That should just be the filler. If it is as good as it gets, stir gently while drawing up the liquid. It is okay to have some particles in the syringe. Did you crush the pill?

i have taken my kolonopin at 9pm. i will take paxil tommorrow at 11pm

(which will consider 4 day of paxil dose) 

My main concer is if i take paxil at 4 day(tomorrow) morning does it cause any problem??  Or destabilization

Yes i crushed the pill properly into fine powder.more i shake more particles stick to the jar😭😭😭i just wana cry .small particales are settling down at jar and stick to wall of jar

Yes that is why I said to stir. The filler isn't dissolving but the drug is. You stir it gently and while particles are still moving you draw up the liquid to 1 ml. It will get better in time with practice. You should take the drug now. We can move it later.

@LostInCanada if i take kolonopin in morning at 11am because it does not cause any sedation and paxil at night 11pm or vice versa what will be better???

If you can sleep taking paxil at night don't worry about it.

Heloo @LostInCanada last night was my first i took paxil solution

i wake up with intense panic state,palpitations,heaviness in arm and legs i hope it will be fine when i stable on paxil solution. I think i need more patience

I am very confuse about my medication timing. When should i take kolonopin and when should paxil. 

If i take kolonopin at morning then may be my most withdrawal symptoms become settle

Personally, I had periods of time where I was compelled to move my body. It felt like my body was compelled to be in motion and it wasn't within my control. It was expressed by a need to walk or pace. I interpret this as akathisia. It wasn't relieved by the walking or pacing, rather it just had to run it's course for a period of time. I was able to differentiate this from other symptoms like anxiety and agitation.

As mentioned before, it is not ideal to make so many changes at once. After a week or two hopefully everything will settle. Just remember panic cannot hurt you .it is just adrenaline in your body. Many in WD wake up as you mentioned. Keep a journal each hour what symptoms you have. For example:

8am woke, panic, heart palpitations

9am feeling better

10am headache

Something like that. Then you can see if it is getting better. 

The stress of all the changes can also cause panic. Breathe deeply and slowly. Through your nose and out of your mouth.

Learn non drug coping methods and distraction.

@LostInCanada I am surviving just because of distraction and hope that one day i will be fine. Every day is start with new challenges. Every second is feel like torture on body mind and soul. But i know that one day All these suffering will go.

I used to these torture from previous 6 months therefore right now it is difficult for me to differetiate between symptoms in one day.

I have to bear it because i have no other option. 

From Tommorrow i will write my journal so that i keep an eye on my symptoms

@LostInCanada i can only pray that tommorrow will better day for me because i am very afraid. And i think with in few days we will know that whether the paxil solution has had adverse reaction or not

today i feel very restlessness and panic 

i feel like i have no control on my body. 

After swtiching to paxil solution today i feel extreme akathisia and restlessness. 

What should i do now??? 

I wake up 11am with intense panic state

Then at 12 at i take my breakfast 

Then at 1pm i do home chores to distract my self 

At 2pm like i have no control on my body and intense urge to jump from roof

I try my best to distract 

At 3pm i take kolonopin because i feel intense akathisia

Now i can diferentiate before switching to solution i had extreme internal agitation but now i feel extreme akathisia

At 6pm my akathisia became less intense

I aam very confuse what should i do now stick to paxil solution or go back to pill

Here in above thread shep mentioned that if adverse reaction are more than withdrawals then holding for stabilization is not good

If i go back to pill which will also cause kindling and couldn't taper my pill because it is coated

If i stick to solution more days then swtiching back to pill will be more difficult for me

@Belajazi I previously said making all these changes at once was not ideal. Having a scale and dry cutting was first recommended. You said you could not get a scale unfortunately. Using a scale or making a liquid are the only methods that insure accuracy. I had stated before that this could be hard and it would take at least a week to settle if not more. Also you need to be taking your Klonopin at the same time every day. Taking it at different times can also be causing issues. Pregabalin needs to be taken at the same time every day as well. 

It is hard to determine the cause of your symptoms because you are not taking any of your drugs consistently. They must be taken same time every day. This is the only way to see what is helping or hurting. Can you take your Klonopin when you wake up every day to settle your panic for the day?

In the article from Shep, she mentions skipping doses can make hypersensitivity worse. This has happened because the doses are not regular or at the same time.

Make sure you are thoroughly stirring your liquid before taking it.

You said right i had just only one option of paxil solution. 

I take kolonopin every day at 9pm since july 2023 and pregabalin at 10pm

but today i took kolonopin  at 3am because of intense akathisia and i felt relieve around at 5am

But now i am confused what should i do now??

@Belajazi you haven't even gotten a stable dose of the drug in your body. Taking 1ml daily is less than what you were taking. Because you have never taken the drug consistently, you may be experiencing withdrawal instead of a reaction. Either way, even if you taper quicker, you still have to get a stable dose to taper from. You haven't even been on this dose 3 days, your body needs at least a week.

Yes, every day same time. Stir, do not shake. Make sure no bubbles in the syringe. Hold upright and tap sides if there is. Make sure it is 1 ml full.

@Belajazithe half life is maximum 21 hours. That is why it is better to take first thing in the morning. So you have the benefit of the drug throughout the day.
