@Belajazi I think what will help us if we can move the paxil to the morning and keep the other drugs the same. Can you take the liquid dose tomorrow 2 hours earlier and do 2 hours earlier each day till you can take it when you wake up?

Ok i will take pill every day two hours earlier till i reach morning 11am

Yes. When you make the next one, try to crush the pill even more if possible. Also maybe if you do a 20 mg with 40 ml water it will help to dissolve better. You would then take 2 ml of solution. We can see if that helps dissolve more.

@LostInCanada yes i also read a member thread who successfuly taper with homemade solution he had made solution with 1mgpill:2ml water

i just took my paxil solution at 10pm after which my akathisia 1000times worse

Today is just my third day switch to paxil solution

First day was okay 

Second day panic state

Third day full blown akathisia 

I think i should reinstate at 3.125mg pill daily untill i stabilize 

I can't bear paxil solution

@Belajazi it is very hard to advise you because you do not have a scale. So the moderators understand, you are unable to purchase one due to financial issues. Is the paxil IR you are using the same manufacturer as the CR? 

Taking the paxil cr every 3 days has caused problems because your body needs it daily.

My only suggestion is if you are going back to 3.125 mg of the dry pill, cut that section into 3 parts and take one part each day. If your body gets used to a daily dose then maybe transferring to liquid after a month may be easier. 

@LotusRising do you think this is reasonable or advisable? I am at a loss without the availability of a scale.

@LotusRising she was taking 3.125 mg every third day. She now has taken 1mg (1 ml) every day for the last 3 days.

@LotusRising yes i have alot of symptoms before switching to ir like my dose was 3.125.I took 1/4 of 12.5mg cr pill

1- morning adrenaline rush

2-palpitations 

3-extreme internal agitation which i have had from the first when i took paxil cr 

4-SI on/off

5-tinnitus 

6-ocd

7-anhedhonia

8-unbearable body aches

All these symptoms start except (unbearable internal agitation)  when i did gap betweem dosage as per my psychiatrist 

Now i switch to home-made paxil ir solution.i had taken paxil ir 3.125mg with gap of one day one for 20 days and then with gap of two day for month.

When i start gap of one days my internal agitation gone

But when i start gap of two day lot of symptoms appear. 

My psychiatrist told me to quit cold turkey ak start lamital and seroquel but i am afraid of withdrawals and also i have no history of bipolar. 

As per my psychiatrist this time every medication gave me adverse reaction therefore there are chances i have bipolar disorder. But i refused to take lamictal and seroquel because now every single medication give adverse reaction even that i take propanolol occasionally  from several years but now propanolol giving me extreme agitation 

Therefore I join SA may be my problem will solve 

As per Lostincanada i should take paxil ir from Same manufacturer of paxil cr and adviced me to take 1ml solution every 

When i took paxil ir solution (1ml)  first day was okay 

Second day i am panicking 

Third day extreme akathisia start at noon then i took kolonopin from which my akathisia became calm then at night around 10pm akathisia start

@LotusRising this time i just need all your help what should i do now ?

My current solution dose is correct? 

Should i stick to solution or switch back to pill??

@LotusRising now as per Lostincanada advice i am taking 1ml every day because i was taking 3.125mg every third day

Since you do not have a scale, it is so inaccurate taking a dry cut.  And moving the dose ahead a couple hours each day to get the paxil in the morning should help.

Today is my 4 day of paxil solution 

11am wakeup anxiety 

12pm breakfast little anxious 

1pm anxiety 

Distract myself with housechores

3pm akathisia start extreme internal agitation (distraction continous) 

6 pm akathisia calm down

7pm panic state start not akathisia 

Still in panic state

Now i am suffering with PTSD due to continous mentall trauma due these withdrawals and drug adverse reaction

i am very restless especially when i take my dose

Now kolonopin do not give relieve

I have panic disorder,anxiety disorder since childhood

Before paxil solution after 7pm my symptoms were disappear
But now i became restless 24/7

@Belajazi it has already been stated that it would not be easy and could take some time for your body to adjust. What you are experiencing is normal with a fast crossover. 

If you wish to work with your psychiatrist that is your choice.

I know i am annoying you.

Don't know why this time every ssri gave me severe reaction . I am just trap.

I have one question i have akathisia since the first day of taking paxill. My psychiatrist was continously called it anxiety and giving me paxil

Will it consider tardive akathisia  or it will resolve after cessation of medicine

@LostInCanada after moving to solution now my mostly symptoms  are same but one thing i noticed is that before switching my akathisia did gone after taking kolnopin at night but now after switching kolonopin give relife for one hour than my anxiety (akathisia)  became worse.100 times

As mentioned, this would not be an easy or immediate solution. You were in WD before, there are no quick fixes unfortunately. You have made so many changes and your CNS is sensitive.

@LostInCanada yes you are saying right now my CNS is very sensitive. Even a signal propanolol for palpitations give me severe reaction
