Thanks for your message, I have been looking at acupuncture myself but now it's more health anxiety and OCD thinking that are the problem. I think caused by having so many weird physical symptoms. I hope the emdr helps 🤞

Sorry for the late reply, I think I've had a mini window. I'm still having physical symptoms but they feel a little bit less intense sor some parts of the day. I had a holter monitor and echocardiogram to check my heart due to all the heart flutters and waiting on results but the nurse said the echo looked pretty good. How are you doing?

I'm glad you are having moments which are better. This is good news. I don't seem to be doing so good myself and now on top of that I have a scratchy irritated throat that's making me feel really sick. I can't catch a break.

Sorry to hear that, I've had the scratchy itchy throat a lot during withdrawals but I think it's related to my histamine intolerance. If I eat certain things it's worse, especially night time.

It is honestly the worst experience I have ever been through. I'm 8 1/2 months off in total. Can I ask what site that is?

You do have to be a member to access all the info though. 

Otherwise you can read her books called recovery and renewal or with hope in my heart. Both very good.

I take quercetin for my histamine issues and it does help. Seems to be the only supplement I'm okay with 😂. I gargle salt water too.

Really struggling again since yesterday. I was in a window I think, I still had lots of physical symptoms but not as strong and then yesterday out of nowhere I kept getting adrenaline rushes with anxiety not had them in a few months. They just kept happening all day for no reason at all and it continued all night and this morning. I can't continue with this feeling and the unknown as to when I will feel okay. I have young kids on their summer holidays and I can't plan any activities because I don't know how I will feel. I'm over a year off work and still not ready to return and just feel I will be stuck like this. I eat healthy, I meditate, go for walks but still really struggling and full of doubts.

I cant even imagine trying to navigate this whilst having children. You are so strong to be able to do that. 

You may find that you get waves of a symptom that come and go come and go come and go and others that just stick around. I've had things I thought had resolved and then they come back. 

This process is cruel, frustrating and confusing but you are doing so well.

Good to hear of your window and detmination to keep pushing. I watched some limbic retrainingn videos yesterday and today. They helped with my gut reaction. I became way too relaxed, sleepy and groggy but it was helpful for counteracting my fear response to symptoms. You could check  and see if  its helpful to you.

Sorry to hear that you're struggling too. My kids are off school for the holidays and I just can't do anything. Anyway, tell me how you're doing and what you're struggling with?

Sorry to hear that you are going through a difficult time today. This wd experience is one of the most challenging things one can go through. This has been my experience. You will get better. I have been listening to Baylissa Frederuck. She is a coach and counselor soecializing in AD and Benzo wd. She went through a horrific Benzo wd. She is very encouraging and positive. I WmIill Send you a link later We know for a fact that people recover and you will too. I can imagine how challenging is for you to have small children while going through this. Hang in there and just keep loving them.  I know is difficult. I have been going through it for 2 years but feel I am at the tail end. You will get better.as well.💖

So I had another bad night and day, my heart feels like its pounding really hard, not always fast and I've been feeling like my temperature keeps going hot(more) and then cold. I also started to feel more off balance and a bit short of breath when standing today so had to call my Dr to get checked over. They did another ECG which she said was perfect and my echo from 2 weeks ago was also good she said. It's been 6 days and it feels like it's getting worse and if this is a wave I can't think of anything that's caused it and it's by far the worst in a good few months.

I would love to know how you have convinced an NHS doctor to run any sort of testing on you. Mine won't do anything. Basically calling me uncompliant because u won't take more drugs.

Sorry to hear that, I've had to change my Dr to get any test done. Like you my original Dr said I can't moan about anxiety or the physical symptoms if I won't take any medication.

They wouldn't check my blood pressure even though I told them it's low. They wouldn't give me an ecg even though I have chest pain. They refused to check my vit b12. And they won't check why my throat is numb unless I take medication. I'm a bit lost what to do really

There is shocking! They have a duty of care. I would make an official complaint.
