The anxiety that activates is probably less, more often I prefer to stay still. Still fighting not to reinstall 1 mg, but unfortunately there are symptoms of WD increased sweating and sleeping problems. However, the discomfort in the stomach - a bit of nausea worries me now a lot. This is a bit of a new symptom as it wasn't severe before. Maybe a probiotic would help. Sleeping: the first part of the night waking up, then after waking up around 4am I slept until 10am. I don't have constant pressure in my head. HIf I ask my GP about stomach problems he will probably say irritable bowel syndrome that I have never had and advice to take some medication for it. I don't know if reinstalling will help the stomach. I read posts about making a liquid from tablets, so in 5 ml of water I dissolved a 5 mg tablet of the drug. last yera I used to swallow these tablets or cut them with a knife and now I'm afraid whether to decide on 0.5 ml of this liquid at all, i.e. 0.5 mg of escitapram. (updosing 2.5 mg. to cover ambien C/T ) tapered valium w/ long holds to 12.74 mg. from a high of approximately 20-30 mg/day 2015-present tapered trileptal aggressively for a year; now intermittently; interacts w/ other drugs currently 2024 still on 96 mg. trileptal and 4 mg. remeron Currently on benzo hold as I have to cross-over from brand-name valium to generic diazepam. Current dose of diazepam is 8.8 and valium is 5.7. I had to up-dose the total valium/diazepam from 12.74 to 14.5 where I have stayed since June 2023. I really now that stage, it's awful and scary. Right now you are in the panic quick fix stage. First I would encourage you to research and learn more about these drugs and withdrawal. How can you take control of your situation. Then make a decision and work hard to stick with it. Our brains are not working right in withdrawal and it tries to tell us all sorts of crazy things....There are so many non-drugging ways to help with anxiety and emotions... I find Magnesium Glycinate to be helpful for anxiety and I really like using Organic Lavender Essential Oils, I dap/rub some on my fore arm it really helps me with anxiety and I think sleep. Please do not take Quetiapine it's a anti psychotic and you are not psychotic....It is hard on your body and hard to get off of...I would not recommend starting anything new. Doctors are quick to poly drug/drug cocktails. The most would be a low dose of Escitalopram, but even that maybe to much for you. It still has high sert occupancy at a low dose. I have read the SERT table and I do not know what the smallest dose would be sensible maybe 0.5mg. But I don't know how that would help with sleep if it messed up sleep last year. I slept until 8. I also bought prunes because there are digestive problems. Apart from anxiety about sleepelees less anxiety though during a day, I don't get it. After this bad sleep I got scared and did a reinstall of 0.5mg of esitalopram. Yesterday I got scared because I had a serious problem with sleeping, besides, overflow from the stomach and sweats, and that's why I reinstalled 0.5 mg. Since my sleeping got worse last night (maybe 4 hours) I got scared and took 0.5mg esci in the morning as a reinstall. I don't know if I did the right thing because I haven't had a headache lately, which was an improvement. Now I don't want this 0.5mg to activate me and I don't know whether to stop the reinstall, I'll see what sleep will be today. Ostatniej nocy spałem lepiej ale spanikowałem po brzuch mnie bolał, troche wszsycy dookoła zmęczeni. Czy 0,5 mg a 0,25mg to duża róznica dla esci. Która dawke wybrać jeśli można prosic o zdanie.
