Was stable until 2017 2017 Trazadone 50 mg (June) Effexor to 113 mg (2 weeks) Effexor 150 mg for a month . Took 75 mg until November. . Today when I was walking, I stepped on the ice and made it crackle. I liked that, made me feel like a child. I used to like making crafts and decorating my house. I liked clothes, but now I wear the same things every day. I just try to be presentable. You’ve got a lot on your plate. I’m sorry for your worries. Worry is the greatest thief of joy. You like the simple things like me. I used to live in the fast lane. Everything was fast paced. Go go go. Multi tasking. Working 2 or 3 jobs, kids sports, school involvement, my own sports, parties. Now, I just like the solitude. Finding roads with no traffic, parks with no other people. Gardening. And spending time with family. I understand the noise in your head. I developed tinnitus at the beginning of wd but it was minimal. The last several weeks it has ramped up to scary proportions. It’s annoying but not the worse of my symptoms. I just hope and pray that it fades with time. I believe it will for you and me. Scorpio says hers fades on days when anxiety is less. This is all so scary. If it wasn’t for you guys, and the support and understanding, I would go mad. Or think that I already had. I need to believe that I will recover, or there would be no sense in continuing the fight. I believe this concoction of drugs while I was in WD is what caused the tinnitus. Except for the tinnitus, I think my other symptoms have improved immensely. But the tinnitus itself is causing depression and anxiety. I'm having a tough day. That's how I'm doing.
