Hey there, not been good this year at all got covid and had seen a chiropractor for neck pain it’s really messed up my breathing, lot of the anxious stuff seems to have passed haven’t had a panic attack for a while though, I hope you are well haven’t been on here for ages

@Rosetta hello Rosetta , I’ve been having Nausea , headache , feeling high and like sometimes like I can’t move my head , like I have motion sickness or something , I just arrived in Hawaii literally, I’m wondering if this is with draw or has anything to do with those spots they seen on my mri 😞 help! Lol

This might be kinda dumb and obvious, but is it possible you are experiencing some (after-)effects of air travel? Our bodies are so very sensitive in withdrawal. I have found that this amplifies the embodied experience of, for example, pressurized plain cabins, noise and vibrations sensed while in flight, possibly unusual food ingested while traveling, etc. What you describe -- nausea, headache, head/neck stiffness, motion sickness -- are among the sensations I've experienced in conjunction with travel. These are also common in withdrawal (as I'm sure you know), and can be exacerbated by external stressors. Travel can be experienced by the body as a stressful event, even if we don't consciously feel like it's all that challenging.

@Ariel this started last Sunday , I only been travel since yesterday ☹️ But last night for sure was worse from the flight and bags , my whole body hurted , but I wasn’t like this a month ago , it’s like for some reason these last couple of waves have went back to sensitivities and feeling weak minded and edgy 😣

hi @fightinghard on the 3rd day my wave lifted  and i was free , it could have been the traveling that made things worse but i had all the symptoms five days before i left.... well i felt 100% myself after the 2 nd i was so grateful and felt so blessed i kept thanking God all day and night.... i took my time taking in all of the beauty of the island , something i dont think i would have done if there was no wave , honestly sometimes i can get so caught up in the rush of things and being a mom i dont stop to enjoy myself and take in the beauty of my life..... also thankful for the different kind of wave i had , i was going mad thinking i had some brain disease and messaging my doctor to put in a mri for me asap , i know how that that god aweful feeling was just a wave and next time i can ride the wave knowing i'll be okay... thanks for checking in on me , it means a lot

Hi.  I’m sorry you had that experience. I doubted over and over that a symptom was “just WD.”  Once I was out of the wave I would think, “Of course it was WD! Why did I feel so scared it was something else?”  It’s a part of a wave, part of WD, to feel so scared and to worry about the future.  Obviously, getting something check out can be helpful, just in case, but most of the time something odd that you experience from now until who knows when will be “just WD,” as if that isn’t awful enough, huh?  I’m glad you started feeling better!

so yesterday i started having really itching nose , runny nose, and headache ,i felt so messed up , later last night i developed ear pain ☹️ and this morning still have all of it. I've taken 3 covid tests and they are all negative... also any day now ill be starting my cycle so that should be interesting.... 

 

what ive been taking for this cold / allergies ( dont really know what it is ) plus in wd i beleive all my cold  symptoms are 100 times exaggerated 

 

lemon , ginger, honey tea

tiger balm on my whole face and ears for the pain 😔 if i cant take the pain later i may half to take a forth of a regular Tylenol 

 

any suggestions would be welcome hehe

HELP, ANYONE IM IN THE HOSPITAL FOR A PAIN ON MY LEFT LOWER SIDE IN THE BACK , possible kidney stone or infection, I’m scared and don’t know what to do , they gave me an iv with something similar to Motrin or ibuprofen, I was fighting it but my pain is at a ten , I really need some help please someone reach out

medications they gave me 

Ibuprofen 200mg 

tamsulosin 0.4 mg

ondansettron 8 mg 

oxycodone 5 mg 

 

I won’t be taking number 3 or 4 , the other two are sorta needed , the pain is really bad ….

Oh and my allergies symptoms from last week turned out to be covid which I am on day 10 , my symptoms settled down on day 2-3 and I never got a fever or a cough , but now I’m dealing with a kidney stone

I'm sorry, Phoenixmama, but I don't know anything about kidney stones or the medications used to treat them. We're not medical professionals here - all we can do is help people taper their current psychiatric drugs and explore non-drug coping techniques to help with withdrawal symptoms.

 

Since you're currently not on any medications, you won't have to deal with any adverse reactions. 

 

Please google this drug to find out the side effects and work with your doctor to see what's the best way to handle this condition. If you only need this medication for a short while in order to get right of the kidney stone, it may be worth taking it. A lot of problems with pharmaceuticals is in long term use. Short term use of a medication for a specific reason can be helpful for many conditions.

so last week i had covid , symptoms were only sneezing , itchy eyes , head ache , and everything clear on day five , on day 9 i had bad lower back pain and found out i have a kidney stone that has came out my kidney and is in the beginning of the tube that will work its way down to my bladder , i have not taken any pain meds because ive only had light pain but i was taking this flomax rx that helps open things up in the tube so the stone can pass more easily , i stopped that rx after two doses because it was lowering my already low blood pressure and making me really dizzy.. i joined a face book group for kidney stones and found out i can pass the stone without the rx also my doctor said to stop taking them as well.... last night ive had some more pain but nothing enough to take pain meds (ibprofen)...

As for my WD I'm having a lot of weird thought and feelings that i havent had since the first 6 months in wd , yesterday i was about 90% my self but today is awful , i wonder if these symptoms are because of the meds i was taking or just because my body is so stressed out inside.... well i needed to vent about it and put this on my tread for myself

so since my trip to the er with kidney stones.... i have not been good in wd , i feel like i have started over from the beginning , the only thing i took was some rx at the er through iv for pain something they said was like motrin and i took two pills after called flomax for relaxing the tube that the stone needs to come through.... I'm so sad ☹️ and i feel hopeless , i was doing so good before  this even with covid... i was strong minded and 90 percent my old self , its so heart breaking

Toradol is a rather old painkiller and has been discontinued in the United States, but generics could be avaiable. I took it after my gallbladder operation thirty some years ago. It didn't do much. Like Tramadol it is a combination of a ssri and opiate, at least the worse parts of each.

 

A onetime dose shouldn't cause too many problems but may upset a taper for a few weeks. Continued use for only a few days can lead to dependence. Things should restabilize soon. Also having had COVID could complicate things because it can give long term symptoms very similar to ADWD.
